.........................................................................................................38鞍山科技大学本科生毕业设计(论文)第4页结论..............................................................................................................................................................................40致谢..............................................................................................................................................................................41参考文献..................................................................................................................................................................42附录..............................................................................................................................................................................431绪论1.1选题的背景和目的地上式卷取机是为与卷取宽带钢地下式卷取机相区别而提出的,它的类型很多。又由于它主要用于卷取窄带钢,所以称为窄带钢卷取机,按着其结构特点可分为无筒式卷取机和卷筒式卷取机。无筒式辊式卷取机不是往卷筒上卷取带钢,而是将带钢送到弯曲辊间弯曲后卷绕成钢带也称为打卷机。由于结构简单、卸卷方便,用于带钢表面要求不高的冷卷25毫米厚的带钢或热带钢卷取。冷带钢卷取机是冷钢生产的重要设备用于酸洗机组的卷取、纵切机组成品窄带条的卷取和冷轧机的卷取等。将轧制的很长的冷带钢卷成钢卷以便恒张力轧制,有利于生产运输和贮存如图1.1所示各类冷轧机上卷取机布置图。
