.........................................655.2轴的加工工艺...................................................................................................68结论.........................................................................................................................71参考文献......................................................................................................................72致谢.............................................................................................................................82中国矿业大学2007届本科生毕业设计第3页摘要往复式给煤机在我国煤矿,选煤厂及其它行业应用已几十年。生产实践证明,给煤设备的可靠性,直接影响整个生产系统的正常运行。现有的往复式给煤机的具有生产能力小、安装和拆卸不方便、受力不均匀等缺点,因此,改进并扩大现有K型往复给煤机的产量是完全必要的。本说明书主要论述研究了往复式给煤机的发展概况工用、组成工作原理、特点使用中存在的问题及改进措施,安装和维护等内容。本说明书设计主要是先通过设计计算给煤机的主要运动部件即给煤槽的运行速度和所受的运行阻力来求得电动机功率。用电动机功率来设计减速器。然后在设计出曲柄连杆机构,给煤槽,拖滚组件等主要运行部件。最后设计给煤机箱体,传动平台等辅助部件。最后完成给煤机的总体装配。在本次往复式给煤机的设计过程中,着重对减速器、传动平台、曲柄连杆机构、托辊进行了分析和设计。对重要的部件进行了受力分析、强度的校核,根据其常见失效形式、影响因素及基本设计要求,给出了重要部件的受力分析、强度和刚度的设计方法。关键词往复式给煤机减速器曲柄连杆机构给煤槽。中国矿业大学2007届本科生毕业设计第4页ABSTRACTReciprocatingfeederinChinascoalmines,coalpreparationplantandotherindustryapplicationhasbeenforseveraldecades.Practicehasprovedthatthereliabilityofequipmenttothecoal,adirectimpactonthewholeproductionsystemthenormaloperation.Reciprocatingtheexistingfeederwithsmallproductioncapacity,installationandremovalofinconvenient,ShouliBuuniform,andothershortcomingsTherefore,theimprovementandexpansionofexistingKReciprocatingcoalfeederiscompletelynecessary.ThestatementfocusesonthestudyReciprocatingtothedevelopmentofcoal,theuse,composition,workingprincipleanditscharacteristics,theuseoftheexistingproblemsandimprovementmeasures,installationandmaintenance,andothercontent.Electricmotorpowertodesignreducer.Andthendesignacranklinkagetothecoalshafts,dragrollercomponents,andothermajorcomponentsoperationThedesignspecificationisfirstthroughthedesigncalculationsforcoalisthemainmovingpartstothecoalshaftsrunningspeedandsufferedthemotorrunningresistancetoachievepower.Tothefinaldesignofcoalchassis,transmissionplatforms,suchasauxiliarycomponents.Coaltofinalizetheoverallassembly.Reciprocatinginthiscoaltothedesignprocess,focusingonreducer,transmissionplatform,cranklinkage,Idlerfortheanalysisanddesign.Importantcomponentsofthestressanalysis,strengthcheck,inaccordancewithitscommonfailuremode,Factorsandbasicdesignrequirements,isanimportantcomponentofthestressanalysis,strengthandstiffnessofthedesignmethod.KeywordsReciprocatingtothecoalReducerCranklinkageSupplingcoalshaft.第一章概述
