chanismofMultiPhaseInterfaceTemperatureStressFieldAbrandnewmicrostructurecanbeobtainedthroughcontinuouslylargedeformationandfastsolidifyingwhenmeltingmetalisincriticalstateofliquidsolid.Atthisverymoment,highdensityheatflowanddynamicheatresistancearepresentinmaterialprocessingcircumstance6,7.Abasictheoryproblemofdesigningthiskindofmachineistostudymechanismofheattransmittanceandenergyconversion,andtoestablishmathematicalmodel.3.2FrictionConstraintMechanismofPlasticFlowInterfaceofMaterialProcessingMachineThecouplingbetweenoperationmechanismandworkpieceisverycomplicatedbecauseplasticflowispresentinprocessinginterface.Theinterfacestate,determinedbyvelocity,loadthermodynamicprocess,elasticityofoperationmechanism,plasticityofworkpiece,dynamicbehaviourofinterfacestickingslidingandpartialhydrodynamiclubrication,etc,affectandformfrictionconstraintsmechanismpeculiartomaterialprocessingmachine,becausetheseconstraintspresentstrongnonlinearityandundercertaincircumstances,theconstraintsmaybedestroyedormismatchedinstantaneouslyandthusdynamicinstabilityisresultedin.ThusfollowingproblemscanbeputforwardMechanismofspectrechatterarosefromstickingslidingfrictionandpartialhydrodynamiclubricationinrollinginterface,instabilityconditionandmechanismofconstraintbetweensmoothsurfaceandrotatingbodyunderthecircumstanceofhighspeed,heavydutyandboundarylubrication,Lubricationfilmabsorptionmechanismandphysicalchemistrybehaviour
