ireprocessinformationacquisition,thereceive,thememory,themanagement,thetransmissionandthedataanalysis.Thenetworkeducationadministrationsystemarchitectureusestheclient/serverpatterngenerally(C/S)orthebrowser/server(B/S)thepattern.Atthesametime,systemsclientsidemanyarethethinclient,likethisisadvantageousinreducesthenetworkload,raisesthetransmissionspeed.Thenetworkeducationadministrationfunctionsexecutionmajorityiscompletes(thiskindofpatternonthenetworkeducationcenterservertoneednetworkdatabanktechnologysupport,likeADO,JSPandsoon).Therefore,thenetworkeducationcenterserveristhenetworkeducationalsystemscore,itall-weathermonitorstheclientsiderequest,providesthepromptserviceforthesystemuser,themanagementanddistributionsystemssoftwareandhardwareresources,thecontrolandthecoordinatedon-linestudycarriesonsmoothly,promoteseachlearnertodecidethestudygoalrealization,simultaneouslyalsopromotessystemeducationalgoalrealization.论智能化的网上学习及管理系统应用1网络教育管理系统应用的现状据我国教育部数据统计,到2003年,我国有近3万学校建立了校园网,比两年前增加了近10倍,但是,统计数据也表明90%的校园网络都处在一种没有充分利用的状态,信息技术的教育应用远未达到预期目标。目前我国教育管理系统应用现状不如人意的原因很多,就网络教育管理系统规范方面而言,其主要问题有以下几点。1.1缺乏完备的网络教育管理系统规范由于缺乏一套完整的网络教育管理系统标准,因此系统不规范、不完整、互不兼容,难以进行系统交流。随着全国性的网络教育管理系统的逐步建立,大量信息的价值和作用难以得到体现和发挥,有的甚至成为信息垃圾。1.2软件设计不规范软件是网络教育管理系统工作的一个重要组成部分,由于缺乏一套完善的软件设计规范,各级教育管理部门和学校自己开发或从软件公司购买的软件,存在较多设计不规范、兼容性差的问题。2网络教育管理系统总体设计全国教育科学规划重点课题信息化进程中的教育技术发展研究的子课题现代远程教育的高科技特征及智能化趋势的立项提供了开发网络教育管理系统的难得机遇和综合实力条件。网络教学管理系统的研究实施,不但可以提高学校系统的管理水平,而且能够大大降低网络教育成本,为国家在人才培养方面做宏观规划和科学决策提供支持。2.1设计思路1)在网络教学管理系统中考虑网络高校的各种具体的内部教学教务管理,提取共性,实现具有较强代表性的管理模块;2)同时也要考虑这些网络大学所组成的各种横向联合体高校动态联盟的合作与协作关系设计;3)同时提供访问接口以便以后上级教育行政部门能够通过上级管理工具访问这些接口,从而快速有效地通过纵向通道及时获得下级网络教育机构的有关信息,及时地进行监督和正确的方向性指导。2.2技术的解决方案
