fromtheδ2.3mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingformingaroundedgegirderδ4.5mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingforming.Edgebeamandsetvehicleswithnoplateboltconnectionsetcarplatestoensurerigidityandstrength.Resistanceofloadingplatewithvehicleandstopper.3.3DriveSystemParkingequipmentdrivesystemuseschainorropetractiondrivetransmission.Thecarparkingfacilitiescontainingtheupperplatebytheliftmotorgeardrivenbyachaindrivenrollerthenrollthroughtheropedrivenmovementsofloadingplate.Twostoryframestructurewithslidingrespectivelyeachslidingframewithliftingandslidingthetwomotorsbothframebyslidingthetracktraversemotorcanalsobesetthroughtheliftingmotorvehiclestoreachtherisingandfallinggroundlevelachievingaccesstocars.Thetransmissionmodecomparedwithothermethodshasrunasmoothsafeandreliablemaintenanceandconvenientwhileitsenvironmentalperformanceisalsosuperiortotheotherdrive.Thelowerplatebyamotorvehiclecontainingreducertowalkthroughthechaindrivewheeldrivealongthetraversetrackmovement.Drivemotorassemblygearreducermotorandbrakeasawholesmallsizelightweightlownoiseusinglongtermgreasestableandreliableperformancelonglifelongtermmaintenancefreequalitysuperior.3.4ControlSystemControlthemaincontrolobjectisslidingdownasmallmotorandlargemotorvehiclestomakethemaccordingtotherequirementsofaccesstousebuttonoperationtoachievepowerbychangingthephasesequenceofloadingplatformtoachievetherightandleftorupanddown.Secondtocontrolvariousauxiliarydeviceswithinthegaragesuchaslightanditsvarioussecurityfacilities.Toensuretheboardcantraverseandsetcarsupordowntothespecifiedlocationusingalimitswitchpositioning.Todeterminewhethertheboardofloadingvehiclesusingopticalswitches.Generalsmallgaragecanusebuttonoperationscanalsousetouchscreenoperation.AllinputandoutputswitchingcapacityofliftingandtransferringgaragecircuitissimplelessdemandingontheenvironmentwithitsantiinterferenceabilityofPLCandisolationtransformerscanmeettherequirementsitmaynolongerhaveanadditionalantiinterferencemeasuresinothersothattheexactgaragesystemcanorderlywork.CorepartofthecontrolsystemPLCcontrolPLChasstrongantiinterferencestrongstabilitysystemreliabilitymodularityandotherstructuralfeatures.Thecontrolsystemisthesetofmechanicalparkingcontrolsystemapplicableinthearea.Thecontrolsystemdetectsadevicewithhighsensitivityandaccuracyandreliabilityofworkandfeedbackinatimelymanner.Contactoroutputunitissensitivereliableadvancedtechnologyeasymaintenanceoverloadandshortcircuitprotectioncompletelinks.ThecontrolsystemofthehostPLCcontactorscircuitbreakerstripswitchesbuttonsphotoelectricswitchesandotherkeycomponentsusingtheJapaneseFujiMitsubishiLGandotherimportedelectroniccomponents.3.5OperatingsystemOperatingmanualforthebuttonboxortouchscreenoperation.UsuallymechanicalparkingspacesonbothfixednumberthedepositTakevehiclesalayerofvehicleoperationwithouttheneedforcontrolboxdriverscanbeentereddirectlyintothevehicleoroutofloadingplatformtoaccessthevehiclespurposethreeinaccesstovehiclesfirstofalltheoperatorselectthenumberofparkingspacesAfterconfirmationpressthecorrespondingbuttonsstartthecorrespondingtransmissionPLCprogramcanautomaticallymaketheselectedaudienceofloadingthecorrespondingthreelayerlayergroundfloorandoutofcarsandfirsttotheleftortothetherightmovetostay
