eltconveyortechnologybecauseoftheirlargecapacity,longdistanceandmultimachinedriven,softstartapproachmustbeusedtoreducethedynamictensionoftheconveyor,inparticular,isamultiwhenthemotordrive.Inordertoreducetheimpactonpowergrids,softstarttimeshouldhaveaslowstartalsostartaccelerationconveyorcontrol0.30.1m/s2,solutionwithcarryingbeltandthebeltdriveandconveyorbeltspeedsynchronizationsurgephenomenon,reducetheimpactofcomponents.Asaresultofmanufacturingerrorandtheelectricalcharacteristicsoftheerror,thedrivingpointofthepowerimbalancewillappearassoonasamotorpoweristoolargetobecausedbyelectricalburnaccident,therefore,thepowerbalancebetweenmotorshouldbecontrolled,andtoimprovetheaccuracyofthebalance.Domesticapplicationshavealargenumberofvariablespeedfluidcouplingtoachievethesoftstartconveyorandpowerbalance,tosolvethelongdistancebeltconveyorandthepowerbalanceofthestartupandsynchronizationissues.However,theaccuracyandreliabilityofitsregulationincomparisonwithforeigncountriesthereisstillacertaingap.Inaddition,longdistancehighpowerrequirementsinadditiontoacoalconveyorbeltspeed,butalsotheneedforapostmortemwiththe
