fferential,etc.,theproducttrialdesignandputintoprocessoftenproblemstogothroughalotofchanges,whichmakestheperformanceoftheproductsandthereisnoguaranteethatthequalityandlongproductdevelopmentcycle,andtheuseofhumanandmaterialresources,resultinginthedesignanddevelopmentcostsarerelativelyhigh.,Theincreasinglyfiercecompetitioninthemarketeconomymechanism,thisdesignapproachhasbeenfarfrommeeting.Therefore,motivatedrapiddevelopmenttrendofcomputertechnology,theapplicationofcomputertechnologytothedevelopmentofprofessionalsoftwareisusedinmoreandmore,andmorewidelyinthedevelopmentanddesignofavarietyofproducts.Entitiesofautomotivesub-actuatordesigncannowdrawrelevantparametersdirectlyusingthree-dimensionalmappingsoftwaretovariouspartsofclutchthree-dimensionalsolidmodeling,assembly,soyoucanbethree-dimensionaltovisuallyseethedesignofautomotivesub-actuatorstheperformanceoftheproductdevelopmentanddesigntomaketheoptimalpurpose.Thiscomputerthesoftwareaideddraftingnotonlyshortentheproductdevelopmentcycle,butalsoimprovethequalityoftheproduct,andgreatlyreducethecostofproductdevelopment,sothatwillmakeourproductsmorecompetitiveinthefiercecompetitioninthemarketeconomy.2SystemdesignideasS504movingassemblystructureanalysis,theTheIsoshellsidebearingadjustingshimrole:toensurethethedrivengearinstallationofcenterdistance,adjustthesideteethmeshinggap.Accordingtotheirstructuralform(Figure2),toestablishthesizeofthechainasfollows:AdjusttheshimthicknessAmongA1:theshellwithsub-actuatorscoverthejointsurfacetothesplittershellgearshaftgearendbearingaxialpositioningsurfacedistance;A2:theshellwithsubactuatorcoveracombinationofthedistancefromthesurfacetothemaingearshaftaxis;A3:dorsaltoothtotheteethenddistanceofthebearingouterringface,thatbearinghightotal;52.3(Unit:mm):thetheoryofdrivengearisinstalledfromthe.Intheoverallsizeofthechain,adjusttheshimstocompensateforthering.Whenassembled,therollingbearinginthepre-loadstate,andadjustingthemain,theaxialpositionofthegear,sothatthecontactspotsofassemblyrequirements2.Thus,intheLateralcontainmentpadshimsofappropriatethickness,hasacrucialroletoensuretheperformanceoftheentiresub-actuator.Accordingtothesplitterthetoothassemblyprocessrequirements,combinedwiththespecificstructureoftheDUTrelativemeasurementmethod(Figure3),whichuseshigh-precisiondisplacementsensortomeasuretheobjectA(calibration),readoutthesensorcompressionTheamount;measurementoftheobjectB(DUT),readoutofthesensortheamountofcompression,compresseddifferencebetweentheamountofthetwomeasurements,toarriveattheheightoftheworkpiece,whichismeasuredbythehigh-precisionmeasuringinstruments3.Suchmeasurementmethodhasasmallrange,highaccuracy,zeroadjustablebytheambienttemperaturechangesaffectsmalladvantages.3SystemConstructionandAnalysis3.1Constructionandmeasurementcapabilities
