工程钻机的设计学生姓名:所在院(系):机电学院所学专业:机电技术教育导师姓名:摘要以水平定向钻机为背景,水平定向钻机的主要结构主要包括:底盘结构、发动机系统结构、动力头结构、钻杆装卸的结构、虎钳的结构、锚固装置的结构、导向系统、泥浆系统的结构。GCPS20型钻机是一种复合式多功能钻机,为适应我国深基础工程和连续墙以及水利工程、桥梁工程的发展与需要,结合大口径钻机灌注桩和地下连续墙施工的特点,为解决在复杂地层、硬岩中成孔而研制,特别卵石层、基石、漂石层能大幅度提高施工效率,在各种成孔方法中是比较经济有效的方法。钻机是集回转、冲击钻进工艺于一体的多功能复合型钻机,用钻盘回转钻进时可用于第四世纪覆盖层,冲击钻进时可用于卵石、灰岩、花岗岩等硬岩地层。本钻机的特点是结构简单,紧凑,而且各种操作手柄布置合理,操作简单,便于使用与维护。关键词:水平定向钻机冲击钻进变速箱减速器AbstractTakingHorizontalDirectionalDrillingRigasthebackground,ThemainstructuresofHorizontalDirectionalDrillingRigmainlyinclude:Chassisstructure,enginesystematicstructure,powerheadstructure,drillingrodstructure,structure,anchorfirmstructure,guidancesystem,mudstructureofsystem.ThetypesGCPS-20drillthemachineisakindofcompoundtypemulti-functiondrillthemachine,inordertoadapttheourcountrydevelopmentanddemandsofthedeepfoundationandconsecutionwallandmarinehydraulicengineering,thebridgeengineering,combinethebigcalibertodrillthemachinetoinfusetonotethestakeandthecharacteristicsofundergroundcontinuouswallconstruction,inordertosolvetobecometheborebutresearchtomanufactureincomplicatedgeologicstrata,hardrock,significantexaltationofabilityofspecialeggstonelayer,sill,thestonelayerconstructionefficiency,isamoreeconomicvalidmethodinvariouslybecometheboremethod.Drillthemachineistogathertheturn-overandpoundattodrillintothecraftintheintegralwholeofmulti-functionandcompoundtypedrillthemachine,canusedfortooverlaythelayerthefourthcenturywhileusingtoturnthedishturn-overtodrillinto,canusedforthehardrockgeologicstrataofeggstone,ashrock,graniteetc,whilepoundingattodrillinto.Drillthecharacteristicsofthemachineoriginallyisastructuresimple,tightlypacked,andvariousoperationhandhandlearrangereasonable,operateinbrief,easytousageandsupport.Keyword:HorizontalDirectionalDrillingRigTheimpactdrillintogearboxspeedreducer
