摘要:本设计课题为矿泉水瓶盖注塑成型工艺及模具设计,体现了部分螺纹类塑料零件的设计要求、内容及方向,有一定的设计意义。通过对该零件模具的设计,进一步加强了设计者注塑模设计的基础知识,为设计更复杂的注塑模具做好了铺垫和吸取了更深刻的经验。
本设计运用塑料成型工艺及模具设计的基础知识,首先分析了模具的发展趋势、材料的特性塑件的成分及性能要求,为选取浇口的类型做好了准备;然后估算了塑件的体积,便于选取注塑机及确定型腔数量;最后分析了塑件的特征,确定模具的设计参数、设计要点及推出装置的选取。
本塑件有螺纹结构,但螺纹较浅,为了减少工时、节约成本可以强制脱模。本副模具的设计中,上断面下部,有一个较博的圆环,在制造时加工不方便,但可以制造小电极,采用电火花技术。

1.1我国模具现状
截至2007年11月底,中国规模以上模具制造企业共有企业1603家,从业人员达到29万人;我国目前模具总产值已跃居世界第三,仅次于日本和美国。中商情报网研究数据显示,2003-2007年间中国模具产业年均复合增长率(CAGR)高达45.4%,中商情报网分析师预测到2012年中国模具产业产值可以达到1500亿元。当今世界正进行着新一轮的产业调整.一些模具制造逐渐向发展中国家转移,中国正成为世界模具大国。近年来,外资对我国模具行业投入量增大,工业发达国家将模具向我国转移的趋势进一步明朗化,我国模具行业迎来新一轮的发展机遇的同时,也将面临巨大的挑战。目前我国一些大型、精密、复杂、长寿命的中高档模具每年仍需大量进口。在总量供不应求的同时,一些低档模具却供过于求,市场竞争激烈,还有一些技术含量不太高的中档模具也有供过于求的趋势。
目前存在的一些问题:
⑴高级模具人才严重不足,科研开发及技术攻关投入太少
⑵工艺装备水平低,且配套性不好,利用率低
⑶专业化、标准化、商品化程度低,协作能力差
⑷模具材料及模具相关技术落后
⑸小企业多,多为作坊式
目前模具制造企业的生产模式总的可以分为以下几种:
