摘要

某电熨斗储水器塑料底座是流线形结构,使用二维绘图难以描述,本课题采用SolidWorks软件对某电熨斗储水器塑料底座制品及模具进行了三维造型,采用SolidWorks的数值模拟技术和经验设计计算相结合的方法优化设计,同时仿真了塑料熔体在型腔内的充模流动以及冷却分析过程,预测了缺陷产生的临界条件,优化了工艺方案及工艺参数,降低了缺陷出现的可能性。利用参数化实体造型的方法,为更加高速、快捷的造型、生产提供了一种切实可行的办法。生成的模型数据可以直接导入数控机床进行三维加工。

    在讨论注塑模设计之前,先要对国内外的塑料模具工业的状况、塑料模具工业的发展方向有一个较清晰的了解,这也就使我们对本课题的意义有所了解。首先要对模具有一个整体的认识。模具是机械、汽车、电子、通讯、家电等工业产品的基础工艺装备之一。作为工业基础,模具的质量、精度、寿命对其他工业的发展起着十分重要的作用,在国际上被称为“工业之母”,对国民经济发展起着不容质疑的作用。
