With the development of the industry, customer requirements continue to increase, new and modern technology into the business processes of the real estate companies also continued to change. With the social and economic development, sustainable development theory is the purpose of real estate development enterprises, and project development must be taken into account .The design management can be an effective means of effective control of investment in real estate projects, progress, quality. Optimization of the design management, the entire process can be seen as a systematic project, the results of the management optimization for the industry as a whole has a very important role. Therefore, new technology and green development concept for the support and optimization of real estate enterprises design management process based on the companys core competitiveness is the main goal of the development of the industry.This thesis, as the research object Franshion Properties(Changsha Company) through the integration of enterprise project management theory and process optimization theory basics theory, design management process characteristics. Firstly, corporate design management and process optimization theory elaborated discusses the principles and implementation of process optimization should take steps; Secondly, discusses in detail the design and management of the company in Changsha process; Thirdly, according to the analysis of the process of design and management of the company in Changsha, the writer proposes improvement program in corporate design management processes.This article just the discussion for the design management process analysis of estate Changsha, but not suit for the other different enterprises.
