From this we can see that, optimization of resources must have a suitable organizational structure to support.我们可以将建筑资源优化过程划分为:更新策划与资源评价、方案设计与施工设计、工程实施三个阶段来进行。建筑资源评价是在建筑资源调查的基础上,从合理开发利用和保护建筑资源及取得最大的社会、经济、环境效益的角度出发,选择某些因子,运用科学方法,对一定区域内建筑资源本身的规模、质量、分级及开发前景和施工开发条件进行综合分析和评判鉴定的过程。资源评价与更新策划的工作是最为重要的环节,这也是现阶段旧建筑资源优化工作的瓶颈所在。从工作内容上来讲,资源评价与概念策划是建筑师职能的拓展,将建筑师的研究领域从传统的仅注重空间尺度、比例、造型,拓展到了对人、社会、环境生态、经济等方面。通过资源利用的可靠性评价环节可以与规划相互沟通,将可利用资源通过定性与定量的方式表现出来,并通过文字将更新思想程序化、逻辑化表达给投资商、政策管理机构,最后将策划成果直接用于改造设计。其次,在工作中始终保持连续性将有利地保证更新在持续合理状态中进行。We can see the building resources optimization process is divided into three stages: update plan implementation and resource evaluation, scheme design, engineering design and construction of.
