摘 要
   起重机是用来对物料做起重、运输、装卸和安装等作业的机械设备,它可以减轻体力劳动、提高劳动生产率和在生产过程中进行某些特殊的工艺操作,实现机械化和自动化。起升机构包括电动机、制动器、减速器、卷筒和滑轮组。电动机通过减速器,带动卷筒转动,使钢丝绳绕上卷筒或从卷筒放下,以升降重物。
   本文就十吨桥式起重机起升机构做设计计算,确定起升机构传动方案,确定起升机构工作级别,对起升机构的主要部件卷筒、钢丝绳、滑轮等钢丝绳卷绕系统,电动机、联轴器、减速器等驱动装置进行设计计算,验证卷筒壁压应力,卷筒应力,确定吊钩装置构造方案,吊钩横梁,滑轮轴的计算等。对起升机构运行的过程,包括起升速度、起升和制动时间进行计算和验算。

 Abstract
   Crane is used to start heavy materials, transportation, handling and installation of machinery and equipment and other operations, which can reduce manual labor, improve labor productivity and in the production process for some special process operation, mechanization and automation. 1  绪论
   起重机械的基本任务是垂直升降重物,并可兼使重物作短距离的水平移动,以满足重物装卸、转载、安装等作业的要求。起重机机械是现代化生产必不可少的重要机械设备,它对于减轻繁重的体力劳动、提高劳动生产率和实现生产过程的机械化、自动化及改善人民的物质、文化生活都具有重大的意义。
起重机械广泛应用于工矿企业、港口码头、车站仓库、建筑工地、海洋开发、宇宙航行等各个工业部门,可以说陆地、海洋、空中、民用、军用各个方面都有起重机械在进行着有效的工作。
   起重机械不仅可以作为辅助的生产设备,完成原料、半成品、产品的装卸、搬运,进行机电设备的安装、维修,而且它也是一些生产过程工艺操作中的必须设备,例如钢铁冶金生产中的各个环节,从炉料准备、加料到炼好的钢水浇铸成锭以及脱模取锭等。又例如原子能工业中的一些工艺操作等人所难达到之处,没有起重机械,简直无法生产。据统计,在我国冶金、煤炭部门的机械设备总台数或总重中,起重运输机械约占25%~65%。
起重机械与运输机械发展到现在,已经成为合理组织成批大量生产和机械化流水作业的基础,是现代化生产的重要标志之一。在我国四个现代化的发展和各个工业部门机械化水平、劳动生产率的提高中,起重机必将发挥更大的作用。
1.1 桥式起重机的简介
   起重机械和其它自然科学一样,是人类生产斗争经验的总结,它是随着人们的生产实践逐渐发展并不断丰富完善的。桥式起重机是桥架在高架轨道上运行的一种桥架型起重机,又称天车。
  桥式起重机是生产车间、料场、电站厂房和仓库中为实现生产过程机械化与自动化,减轻体力劳动,提高劳动生产率的重要物品搬运设备。桥式起重机安装在厂房高处两侧的吊车梁上,整机可以沿铺设在吊车梁上的轨道纵向行驶。而起重小车又可沿小车轨道横向行驶,吊钩则作升降运动。
  桥式起重机常见的类型有以下三种形式:
  通用桥式起重机:取物装置为吊钩,适用于各种物料的搬运,通用性强;抓斗式桥式起重机:取物装置是抓斗,用于大批量散粒物料的搬运;电磁桥式起重机:取物装置为电磁吸盘,为专用起重机,用于铁磁性物料的搬运。
  经过比较,选用电动双梁桥式起重机。这种起重机的各个工作机构均为电力驱动。起重小车在桥架主梁上方铺设的轨道上行驶,其桥架是双主梁结构形式。在桥架两侧的走台上,一侧用来安装大车运行机构,另一侧则安装有电气设备和给小车供电的滑线设施。
  普通桥式起重机一般由起重小车、桥架运行机构和桥架金属结构组成。起重小车又由起升机构、小车运行机构和小车架三部分组成。

1.2 起重机械的发展
  随着现代科学技术的迅速发展,工业生产规模的扩大和自动化程度的提高,起重机在现代化生产过程中应用越来越广,作用愈来愈大,对起重机的要求也越来越高。尤其是计算机技术的广泛应用,许多跨学科的先进设计方法出现,这些都促使起重机的技术进入崭新的发展阶段。起重机发展趋势轻型化和多样化。有相当批量的起重机是在通用场合使用,工作并不很繁重。这类起重机批量大、用途广,考虑综合效益,要求起重机尽量降低外形高度,简化结构,减小自重和轮压,也可使整个建筑物高度下降,建筑结构轻型化,降低造价。因此电动葫芦桥式起重机和梁式起重机会有更好的发展,并将取代大部分中小吨位的一般用途桥式起重机。
1.3 起重机械的特点
起重机械是一种间歇动作的机械,它具有重要而短暂的工作特征。起重机械在搬运物料时,通常经历着上料、运送、卸料以及回到原处的过程,各工作机构在工作时作往复周期性的运动,例如经历起升机构的工作由物品的升、降和空载取装置的升、降所组成;运行机构的工作由负载和空载时的往复运动所组成。在起重机械的每一个工作循环,即每搬运一次物品的过程中,其有关的工作机构都要作一次正向和反向的运动

Flange thickness shall comply with the requirements of section 6 of the repair can continue to use, or should be scrapped.中文翻译行车安全技术要求一、吊钩1、应定期检查,至少每半年检查一次,并进行清洗润滑。2、新投入使用的吊钩要认明钩件上的标记、制造单位的技术文件和出厂合格证。3、投入正式使用前应根据标记进行负荷试验,确认合格后才允许使用。4、不准使用铸造吊钩。吊钩应固定牢靠,转动部位应灵活,钩体表面光洁,无裂纹、剥裂及任何有损伤钢丝绳的缺陷。5、钩体上的缺陷不得补焊。为防止吊具自行脱钩,吊钩上应设置防止意外脱钩的安全装置。6、出现下述情况之一时,吊钩应报废:(1)表面有裂纹。(2)危险断面磨损量:按行业沿用标准制造的吊钩,应不大于原尺寸的10%;按GB10051.2制造的吊钩,应不大于原高度的5%。(3)开口度比原尺寸增加15%。(4)扭转变形超过10。(5)危险断面或吊钩颈部产生塑性变形。(6)板钩衬套磨损达原尺寸的50%时,应报废衬套;板钩芯轴磨损达原尺寸的5%时,应报废芯轴。板钩的铆接不得松动,板间的间隙不得大于0.30mm。二、吊具1、使用前应检查铰接部位的杠杆有无变形、裂纹。2、对转动部位的轴、销进行定期检查和润滑。如有较大的松动、磨损、变形等,应及时予以修理和更换。3、新投入使用的吊具应进行负载试验,经检验合格后才能允许使用。三、车轮1、检查车轮各个部位,车轮的踏面、轮缘和轮辐发现裂纹时,应更换车轮。2、车轮轮缘磨损量超过原厚度的50%时,或轮缘弯曲变形达原厚度的20%时,车轮应报废。3、车轮踏面的径向跳动不应大于直径的公差。车轮踏面在下列情况时允许修理:(1)圆柱形踏面的两主动轮的直径差:车轮直径250500mm时,不大于0.125mm;车轮直径600900mm时,不大于0.30mm。(2)圆柱形踏面的两被动轮的直径差:车轮直径250500mm时,不大于0.60mm;车轮直径600900mm时,不大于0.90mm。(3)圆锥形踏面直径偏差大于名义直径的1/1000时,应重新加工修理。在使用过程中,踏面剥离、擦伤的面积大于2cm2,深度大于3mm时,允许修理,否则应报废。车轮由于磨损或因其他缺陷,重新加工修理,踏面厚度损失达厚度的15%时,车轮报废。(4)装配后的车轮组,车轮基准端面摆辐不得大于0.1mm,轮缘及轮径的壁厚偏差不应大于3mm,装配后的车轮组,应能用手灵活地转动。四、轨道1、检查钢轨、螺栓,鱼尾板有无裂纹,松脱和腐蚀。发现裂纹应及时更换,如有其他缺陷应及时修理。2、轨道的调整:轨道的接头可做成直接头,也可以做成45斜接头,一般接头的缝隙为12mm,在寒冷地区冬季施工或安装时应考虑温度缝隙一般为46mm。接头处,两轨顶面高度差不得大于1mm,侧面直线度不大于2mm。两轨道同一截面高度差不得大于10mm。每根轨道沿长度方向,每2m测量长度不得大于2mm,全长上不得超过15mm。五、滑轮组1、滑轮组润滑良好,转动灵活;滑轮侧向摆不得超过滑轮名义尺寸的千分之一。2、滑轮罩及其他零部件不得妨碍钢丝绳运行。应有防止钢丝绳跳出轮槽的防护装置。3、滑轮有以下情况之一时,应报废:(1)有裂纹或轮缘破损。(2)轮槽不均匀磨损达3mm时。(3)轮槽壁厚磨损达原壁厚的20%时。(4)轮槽底部直径磨损量达钢丝绳直径的50%时。4、滑轮轮槽表面光洁平滑,不应有损伤钢丝绳的缺陷。六、卷筒1、取物装置在上极限位置时,钢丝绳全卷在螺旋槽中;取物装置在下极限位置时,每端固定处都应有1.52圈固定钢丝绳用槽和2圈以上的安全槽。2、应定期检查卷筒组的运转状态。(1)检查卷筒和轴不得有裂纹,如发现裂纹要及时报废更新。(2)卷筒壁磨损至原壁厚的20%时卷筒报废,应立即更换。(3)卷筒毂上不得有裂纹,与卷筒联结就应坚固,不得松动。(4)钢丝绳尾端的固定应可靠,固定装置应有防松或自紧性能。3、卷筒与绕出的钢丝绳的偏斜角对于单层缠绕机构不应大于3.5,对于多层缠绕机构不应大于2。4、多层缠绕的卷筒,端部应有凸缘。凸缘应比最外层钢丝绳或链条高出2倍的钢丝绳直径或链条的宽度。单层缠绕的单联卷筒也应满足上述要求。5、组成卷筒组的零件齐全,卷筒转动灵活,不得有阻滞现象及异常声响。七、减速器1、经常检查地脚螺栓,不得有松动、脱落和折断。2、每天检查减速器箱体,轴承处的发热不能超过允许温度升高值。当温度超过室温40时,应检查轴承是否损坏,是否安装不当或缺少润滑油脂,负荷时间是否过长,运行有无卡滞现象等。3、检查润滑部位。减速器使用初期,应每三个月更换一次润滑油,并清洗箱体,去除金属屑,以后半年至一年更换一次。润滑油不得泄漏,同时油量要适中。4、听察齿轮啮合声响。噪声过高或有异常撞击声时,要开箱检查轴和齿轮有无损坏。5、用磁力或超声波探伤检查减速器箱体和轴,发现裂纹应及时更换。6、壳体不得有变形、开裂缺损现象。7、减速器零件中有下列情形之一时,应予以报废:(1)齿轮有裂纹和断齿。(2)齿面点蚀损坏达啮合面30%或深度达原齿厚的10%时。(3)起升机构每一级啮合齿轮磨损达原齿厚的10%,其他啮合级达原齿厚的20%时应报废:其他机构第一级啮合齿轮原齿厚磨损达15%,其他啮合级齿厚磨损达原齿厚的25%时应报废;开式齿轮传动中的齿轮齿厚磨损达原齿厚的30%时,该齿轮报废。(4)减速器壳体严重变形、裂纹,且无修复价值时,该件报废。八、联轴器1、转动中的联轴器径向跳动或端面跳动是否超出极限。2、联轴器与被连接件间的键有无松动、变形或出槽;键槽有无裂痕和变形,有无滚键。用承剪螺栓连接的联轴器,其螺栓有无松动、脱落和折断,当出现上述情况时,应停机处理。3、带有润滑装置的联轴器的密封装置应完好。4、齿轮联轴器有裂痕、断齿或起升机构和非平衡变幅机构齿轮齿厚磨损量达原齿厚的15%,其他机构齿轮齿厚磨损量达原齿厚的20%,联轴器不能再使用。5、起升机构使用的制动轮联轴器,应加设隔热垫。九、制动器1、制动器架各铰接点经磨损造成松旷,导致无效行程超过抽动驱动装置工作行程的10%时,应对各铰接点进行修理。2、各铰链处的销轴,其直径超过原直径的5%或椭圆度超过0.5mm时,均应更换销轴。更换时,应修整销轴孔,恢复圆度,然后根据孔径配制新的销轴。轴孔直径磨损超过原直径5%时,也应重新修整轴孔,配制新的销轴。3、制动瓦块上摩擦片的磨损超过原厚度的50%,或有缺损和裂纹时,应报废更换新的摩擦片。更换时,铆钉埋入制动摩擦片的尝试应超过原厚度的1/2。4、制动装置的零件出现裂纹时应报废。5、制动弹簧出现塑性变形时应更换。6、起升机构和变幅机构的制动轮,当轮缘厚度磨损达原厚度的40%时,应报废。其他机构的制动轮,轮缘厚度磨损达原厚度的50%时,应报废。7、制动轮的轴孔与传动轴连接的键出现松动时,应更换抽动轮和传动轴。8、制动轮凹凸不平度达1.5mm时,允许修理。修复后轮缘厚度应符合上述第6条的要求时可继
