NCtechnologydevelopmenttrends1NCsystemdevelopmentsathomeandabroadWiththerapiddevelopmentofcomputertechnology,thetraditionalbeginningofafundamentalchangemanufacturing,theindustrialdevelopedcountriesspenthugesumsofmoneyonthemodernmanufacturingtechnologyresearchanddevelopment,tocreateanewmodel.Inmodernmanufacturingsystems,CNCtechnologyisthekeytotechnology,whichcombinesmicroelectronics,computers,informationprocessing,automaticdetection,automaticcontrol,suchastheintegrationofadvanced,ahighprecision,highefficiency,flexibleautomation,andothercharacteristics,themanufacturingindustryFlexibleautomation,integrated,intelligentplaythepivotalrole.Atpresent,NCtechnologyisundergoingafundamentalchange,fromaspecialclosedloopcontrolmodetogeneralpurposerealtimedynamicopenallclosedloopcontrolmode.IntheintegratedonthebasisoftheCNCsystemsultrathin,ultralightonthebasisoftheintelligent,integratedcomputers,multimedia,fuzzycontrol,neuralnetworkandothertechnicaldisciplines,NCsystemtoachievehighspeed,highprecision,Efficientcontrol,automaticprocessingcanbeamendedtoregulatecompensationandtheparametersforanonlineintelligentfaultdiagnosisandtreatmentofthenetworkbasedontheCAD/CAMandCNCsystemsintegrationasonemachinenetwork,makesthecentralgovernmentcentralizedcontrolofthegroupcontrolprocessing.Foralongtime,ChinasCNCsystemfortraditionalclosedarchitecture,butonlyasanonintelligentCNCmachinecontroller.Processvariablesbasedonexperienceintheformofprefixedparameters,processingproceduresbeforetheactualprocessingbyhandorthroughCAD/CAMandautomaticprogrammingsystemprepared.CAD/CAMandCNChavenofeedbackcontrollink,theentiremanufacturingprocessCNCisaclosedringopeningimplementingagencies.Inacomplexandchangingenvironmentundertheconditionsofprocessingtoolintheprocessofcomposition,workpiecematerial,spindlespeed,feedrate,toolpath,cuttingdepth,step,allowanceandotherprocessingparameters,notatthescenecircumstancesunderexternalinterferenceandrealtimedynamicrandomfactors,notbyrandomamendmentfeedbackcontrollinkCAD/CAMsettingsvolume,inturn,affecttheworkofCNCmachiningefficiencyandproductquality.Clearly,thetraditionalfixedCNCsystemthatcontrolledmodeandclosedarchitecture,limitingtheCNCtothedevelopmentofmoreintelligentcontrolvariables,cannolongermeettheincreasinglycomplexmanufacturingprocess,therefore,theCNCtechnologyinthepotentialforchangeinevitable.2NCtechnologydevelopmenttrends2.1Performancedevelopmentdirection1Highspeedhighprecisionefficientspeed,accuracyandefficiencyofmachinerymanufacturingtechnologyisthekeyperformanceindicators.AsaresultofthehighspeedCPUchips,RISCchip,aswellasmultiCPUcontrolsystemwithhighresolutiondetectoroftheabsoluteexchangedigitalservosystem,takenatthesametimeimprovethemachinedynamicandstaticcharacteristicsofeffectivemeasures,thehighspeedhighprecisionmachinehasbeenefficientgreatlyenhanced.2FlexibleincludestwoaspectsCNCsystemitselfflexibility,NCsystemismodularindesign,functionalcoverage,canbecutandstrong,andeasytomeettheneedsofdifferentusersgroupcontrolsystemflexibility,withacontrolsystempursuanttotherequirementsofdifferentproductionprocesses,materialsflowandinformationflowautomaticallydynamicallyadjustedtomaximizetheirgroupcontrolsystemperformance.3Processofcompositeandmultiaxistoreducetheprocesstimeforthemainpurposeofsupportingthecompositeprocessing,andaremovingtowardsmultiaxis,multifunctioncontrolofthedirectionofseriesdevelopment.NCMachineToolTechnologycompositereferstotheworkpieceinasinglemachineonafixture,throughanautomatictoolchange,rotatingspindleheadorturntable,andothermeasurestoaccomplishmultipleprocesses,multisurfacemachiningcompound.AxisCNCtechnology,Siemens880axiscontrolsystemforupto24axes.4RealtimeIntelligentearlyfortherealtimesystemisusuallyrelativelysimpleidealenvironment,anditsroleistoschedulingtasks,toensurethatthetaskbecompletedwithinaspecifiedtimelimit.Andartificialintelligenceisusedtomodeltherealizationofmankindsvariousintelligentbehaviors.Tothedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologytoday,realtimesystemsandartificialintelligencecombinedwitheachothertowardsartificialintelligenceisarealtimeresponse,amorerealisticfieldofdevelopment,andalsointherealtimesystemwithintelligentbehavior,themorecomplexapplicationdevelopment,resultingintheIntelligentrealtimecontrolofthisnewarea.NCtechnologyinthefield,realtimeintelligentcontroloftheresearchandapplicationofdevelopmentalongseveralmainbranchesadaptivecontrol,fuzzycontrol,neuralnetworkcontrol,expertscontrol,learningcontrol,feedforwardcontrol.Forexample,inCNCprogrammingsystemwithexpertsystems,faultdiagnosisexpertsystemparametersautomaticallysetandtoolmanagementandautomaticcompensation,suchasadaptiveconditioningsystems,inhighspeedprocessingoftheintegratedmotioncontrolaheadoftheintroductionofbudgetprojectionsandfunctional,dynamicFeedforwardfunctionsinpressure,temperature,position,velocity,control,fuzzycontrol,thecontroloftheNCsystemperformancegreatlyimproved,soastoachieveoptimalcontrolpurposes.2.2functionaldevelopmentdirection1TheuserinterfaceisgraphicaluserinterfacewiththeCNCsystemofdialoguebetweentheu
