英文文献:ThedevelopmentofthemoulddesignmanufacturePlasticindustryistheworldoneofthefastestgrowingindustries.Since1909realizechemicalsynthesismethodwithpureproductionofplastic,startingwithplasticindustrymorethan90yearsofhistoryhas.In1927,PVCplasticpolymerchemistrysincetheadvent,alongwiththedevelopmentoftechnology,variousperformanceplastic,especiallypolyamide,polyformaldehyde,ABS,polycarbonate,poly(PSF,polystyreneether,fluorineplasticengineeringplasticdevelopmentisrapid,itsspeedexceededpolyethylene,polypropylene,PVCandpolystyrenefourgeneralplastic,plasticpiecesinindustrialproductsandsuppliesfromawiderangeofapplications,plasticinsteadofmetalexamples,everywhere.Plastichastheadvantagesofaseriesofmetal,suchas:lessweight,corrosionresistance,electricalinsulationgood,easilymodelling,highefficiencyandlowcost,etc.Buttherearealsomanyitsdefects,suchas:anti-agingsex,heat-resistant,antistatic,resistancetoflammabilityandmechanicalstrengthbelowthanmetal.Butasthepolymersynthesistechnology,materialmodificationtechnologyandformingtechnologyprogress,moreandmoreexcellentperformanceplasticpolymermaterialsareconstantlyemerging,whichpromptedplasticindustrytheleapdevelopment.Plasticspeciesincreased,newengineeringplasticvarietiesofplasticmoldingequipment,increased,formingtechnologyandmouldtechnologylevelofdevelopmentfortheapplicationofplasticparts,developedthewidefield.Atpresent,theplasticpartsofthenationaleconomyalreadydeepintoeachdepartment.Especiallyinofficemachines,camera,automobile,instrumentandapparatus,machinerymanufacturing,aviation,transportation,communication,lightindustry,buildingmaterialsproducts,dailynecessitiesandhouseholdappliancesindustrytrendofthepartsplasticcontinuouslystrengthened,andhavesoldproducts.Accordingtoreports,theUnitedStateshasbecomethecountrysfirstplasticindustryfourlargestindustrialannually,plasticconsumptionhasmorethansteel.Intheworldaccordingtothesizeandweightcomputationoftheconsumptionofplasticpartsalsoexceededsteel.TheplasticsindustryinChinaisexpandingrapidly,especiallyinthelast20years,yieldandvarietyaregreatlyincreased,manynoveltyengineeringplasticalsohasalreadyputinbatchproduction.Plasticsin1990,thehighestintheworld536.8tonstofourthplace.Nowadays,Chinaplasticsindustryhasformedafairlylargecompletesystem,itincludesplasticproduction,forming,plasticmachineryequipment,toolingandscientificresearch,personneltraining,etc.Plasticindustryinthenationaleconomyineachdepartmentplaysamoreandbiggerrole.Alongwiththescienceandtechnologyprogressandthenationaleconomydevelopmenttoextensiveplasticparts,plasticmouldingtechnologyneedstohighprecision,highefficiencyandbeinglonglifetimeinthatdirection.Becauseitisacomprehensivetechnology,soitsdevelopmentwillinevitablyinvolvemanyareasofmutualcooperation.1.Theprogressofplasticmoldingtheoryofplasticinallkindsofmoldfillingprocesstherheologicalbehaviorresearchunceasinglythorough;Relevantextrusionrheologicaltheoryandmathematicalmodelhasbeensetup,basicallyinactualproductionandhasbeenusedin;Therheologicaltheoryaboutinjectionmoldingisdiscussed;inTheplasticinjectionmoldingmeltinapeacekeepingtwo-dimensionalsimplecavityofmoldfillingflowtheoryandmathematicalmodelhassolvedsomewhat,thefutureworkistocombinetheorywithpracticalproductiontofurtherenhancetheplasticmeltin3-dcavityflowbehavioroftheresearch.Furtherdeepenthetheoreticalbasisandtheplasticmoldingtechnologyprincipleofstudysoastoimprovemoldingprocessmethods,moldingandshapingequipments.2.Theplasticmoldingmethodinnovationforsomenewplasticandsomehavespecialrequirements,theoldplasticpartsmoldingmethodhasnolongerapply.Therefore,inrecentyearsappearedalotofnewmethods,suchastheplasticmoldingmaterialswithoutportcoagulationthermosettingplasticinjectionmolding,theinjectionmolding,lowfoaminjectionmolding,exhaustinjectionmolding,flowinjectionmolding,powermolteninjectionmolding,gas-assistedinjectionmoldingandmanyvarietiesofplasticinjectionmolding,castingofplasticmolding,plasticpowdersinteringmoldingetc.3.Plasticpiecesofprecision,miniaturizationandsuper-largechangeinordertomeetvariousdepartmentsofnationaleconomyofplasticpartsofprecision,miniaturizationandsuperoperatingrequirementsofhighprecisionmould,miniatureandlargemolddeveloped,smallsizeandtypeofplasticmoldingequipmentalsoconstantlyemerging,forexample,Germanyinjectionquantitydevelopedonly0.1gminiatureinjectionmachine.Canproduce0.05gaminiatureplasticproductsaround.Domesticmanufacturingof0.5gramsinjectionmachineandcanproduceabout0.1gaminiatureplasticproducts(suchaswatchshaft,etc.).Moldismoldedpartsofoneofimportanttechnicalequipmentproduction.Mouldwithitsparticularshapethroughcertainwaymakesrawmaterialmolding.Differentplasticformingmethodsusingdifferentmoldingtechnologyandprincipleandstructurecharacteristicsandnotthesameplasticmould.Plasticsqualityfitandunfitqualityandproductionefficiency,mouldfactorsaccountfor80%.Apairofgoodqualityinjectionmouldcanmoldingmillionsoftimes,compressionmoduluscanproduceabout250,000,theseallmadewithmolddesignandhasagreatrelationship.Inthemodernplasticsproduction,reasonablemouldingtechnology,efficientmoldingequipment,advancedplasticmouldandmanufacturingtechnologyisindispensablefactors,especiallyplasticmouldtorealizeplasticprocessingtechnologyrequirements,theuseofplasticpartsrequirementandmodellingdesignplaysanimportantrole.Efficientautomaticequipmentalsoonlyloadedontoautomateproductionmoldjustmayexertitseffectiveness,theproductionandtheupdateismolddesignandmanufacturingandupdatedastheprerequisite.Asthenationaleconomyinallareasofthedepartmentofplasticpartsdemandvarietiesandyieldincreasing,productsrenewalcycleincreasinglyshort,userstotherequirementsofthequalityofplasticpartsincreasinglyhigh,soformoulddesignandmanufacturingcycleandqualityputforwardhigherrequest,promptingplasticmolddesignandmanufacturingtechnologyevolvingdevelopment,thuspushingtheplasticindustrialproductionandhigh-speeddevelopment,say,moulddesignandmanufacturelevelmarksanationalindustrializationdevelopmentdegree.中文翻译:模具设计制造的发展塑料工业是世界上增长最快的工业之一。自1909年实现以纯粹化学合成方法生产塑料算起,塑料工业已有90余年的历史。1927年聚氯乙烯塑料问世以来,随着高分子化学技术的发展,各种性能的塑料,特别是聚酰胺、聚甲醛、ABS、聚碳酸酯、聚砜、聚苯醚、氟塑料等工程塑料发展迅速,其速度超过了聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯与聚苯乙烯等四种通用塑料,使塑件在工业产品与生活用品方面获得广泛的应用,以塑料代替金属的实例,比比皆是。塑料有着一系列金属所不及的优点,诸如:重量轻、耐腐蚀、电气绝缘性好、易于造型、生产效率高与成本低廉等。但也存在许多自身的缺陷,诸如:抗老化性、耐热性、抗静电性、耐燃性及比机械强度低于金属。但随着高分子合成技术、材料改性技术及成型工艺的进步,愈来愈多的具有优异性能的塑料高分子材料不断涌现,从而促使塑料工业飞跃发展。塑料的种类增多,新的工程塑料品种的增加,塑料成型设备、成型工艺技术和模具技术水平的发展,为塑件的应用开拓了广阔的领域。目前,塑件已深入到国民经济的各个部门中。特别是在办公机器、照相机、汽车、仪器仪表、机械制造、航空、交通、通信、轻工、建材业产品、日用品以及家用电器行业中的零件塑料化的趋势不断加强,并且陆续出现全塑产品。据报道,美国塑料工业已变为全美第四个最大的工业,每年的塑料消耗量已经超过钢材。在全世界按照体积和重量计算塑件的消耗量也超过了钢
