8、方报销来华工作产生的往返机票费PartRAshallprovideFlightTicAetsforPartRBtoChi na四、雇佣合同的解除和终止IV Con tractCa ncellati onan dTermi natio n4.1合同期满双方不再续签或者双方约定的合同终止条件出现时，雇佣合同即终止。ThiscontractshallbeterminatedonceiteRpiresandbothpartiesdonoteRtendthecontract4.2 经合同双方当事人协商一致，本合同可以解除。ThecontractmaR becanceledbasedonbothparti

9、es mutualnegotiation.4.3 乙方应遵守中国政府的法律、法规及有关规定，乙方如违反上述规定，甲方有权即时解 除合同；乙方因健康原因，经医生证明连续病休 15 工作日后仍不能继续工作，甲方有权提 前终止合同。PartRBshouldabidebRChinalaws,decreesandrelatedregulationsandPartRAsworAingsRstems.Duringtheduration,PartRAisentitledtocancelthecontractincasePartRBviolate sChinalawsanddecrees,andterminat

10、ethecontractbeforeeRpirationincasePartRBcanno tresumehisorherworAforhealthreasonsafterthemedicalcertificationofcontinuoussicA restfor15worAingdaRs.4.4 乙方因归国或其他私人原因未正常出勤且超过五天且未向甲方做出书面说明的，本合同 自动终止。ThecontractwillautomaticallRterminateincasePartRBisabsentforover5daRswithoutwri tteneRplanationduetohomec

11、omingorotherprivatereasons.4.5 乙方被证明无法完成本合同项下的工作任务，甲方有权随时解除本合同。IncasePartRBisprovedtobenotcompetentfortheworAunderthecontract,PartRAisentitl edtocancelthecontractatanRtime.4.6 乙方应严格遵守甲方的工作规定以及规章制度，尽职尽责，否则，甲方有权随时解除合 同并追究因此而造成的经济损失，并有权对所造成的经济损失在乙方的报酬中作相应扣除。 PartRBshouldabidebRPartRA sworAingsRstems,ru

12、lesandregulations.Otherwise,Part RAisentitledtocancelthecontractandclaimacorrespondingcompensationofanRecono miclossfromPartRB spaRment.4.7 乙方有权提前 10 日以书面形式通知甲方解除本合同。PartRBshouldinformPartRAinwrittenform10daRsinadvanceforcancelingthecontract.五、特别约定V specialcompact5.1 由于乙方为兼职人员，故甲方不需为乙方缴纳社会保险。PartRBi

13、spart-timeJob,noneedtopaRsocialinsurancefor.5.2 乙方因病或非因工负伤医疗费用自行解决，医疗期内甲方不支付报酬。PartRBgetsicAorgetwoundednotinthelineofdutR,secondpartRshouldpaRhimself.5.3 双方解除、终止本协议，甲方无需支付乙方任何经济补偿。IfcompactwasdeterminedbRtwoparties,partRAdoesnothavetopaRsecondpartRcomp ensation.六、其他事项W Others6.1 其他未尽事宜，双方可参照甲方公司内部的

14、相关规章制度执行。OtheritemsnotstipulatedbRthetwopartiescanbeimplementedaccordingtotheinternalr ulesandregulationsofPartRA.6.2 甲乙双方均应遵守本合同之约定，任何一方违约，非违约方均有权要求违约方承担相应 的损失。ThetwopartiesshouldabidebRthecontract.IncaseonepartRtearsupthecontract,theoth erpartRhastherighttorequirethedefaultingpartRtoundertaAecorre

15、spondingloss.6.3 甲乙双方在本合同的执行中如有争议，可协商解决。FordisputesduringtheeRecutionofthecontract,thetwopartiescansettlethemthroughn egotiations.6.4 本合同分为中英两种文本，每种文本具有相同的法律效力；如两种文本产生冲突，则中 文文本作为准文本。ThecontracthastwoversionsinChineseandinEnglish.ThetwocopiesareequallRauthenti c.IncaseanRdisputehappens,theChineseversionshallprevail.6.5 本合同一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，每份具有同等法律效力。本合同经甲、乙双方 签字盖章后生效。Thecontractisind
