5、高度23.35米;主体C5#为框剪构造,C5#15层,构造总高度59.85米;地下室两层,其中地下一层层高4.7-6.5米,地下二层层高3.7米,地下室顶板覆土高度0.81.0米。3.2建筑构造设计运用年限为50年;地下室防水等级二级,种植顶板防水等级一级,变电所、配电房防水等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度,防护等级二等人员掩蔽工程,防核武器等级为六级;C1C4#楼为多层办公楼,构造平安等级二级,地上耐火等级二级,地下耐火等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度;C5#楼为一类高层办公楼,构造平安等级二级,地上耐火等级一级,地下耐火等级一级,抗震设防烈度七度。、配电系统及计算书配电系统1.1本工程用电主要负荷为施

6、工现场照明、机械设备及钢筋、木工加工车间,办公室及生活区用电。1.2现场用电均从由建立单位提供的低压配电房109-3柜引出断路器容量800A,电流互感器变比800:5;一级配电房设置在二期C5东北角,内设两台配电柜一台用于生活区供电,一台用于施工区域供电导线截面和电箱选用见施工用电系统图。1.3采用三相五线制,一切室外固定的用电设备及电箱设专门接地安装。1.4室外电缆延墙、路边采用埋地敷设,过施工便道处穿过预留槽口;多股五芯电缆分别接进暂时办公楼、宿舍、和食堂或施工总电箱;现场用电线路均采用电缆沿外围墙及基坑周围暗敷设,楼层用电线路采用托吊方式。进入室内装修施工阶段,将楼层用电回路的线缆引入楼

54、施工现场采用三相五线制(TNS),任务零线和维护零线分开设置的接零维护系统。2.2接地零线单独敷设,每根2.5m长,两根一组,在维护地线上不得装设开关或熔断器。2.3维护地线的截面应不小于任务零线的截面。2.4与电气设备相衔接的维护地线截面应不小于10mm2的绝缘多股铜线。维护地线的一致标致为绿/黄双色线。在任何情况下不准运用绿/黄双色线作负荷线。2.5正常情况下,电机、电器、照明器具、手持电开工具的金属外壳,电气设备传动安装的金属部件,配电屏的金属框架,室内外配电配备的金属框架及接近带电部分的金属围栏和金属门,起重机械等电气设不带电的外露导电部分应做维护接地。2.6电气设备应采用公用芯线作维

55、护接地,此芯线严禁经过任务电流。2.7手持式用电设备的维护地线,应在绝缘良好的多股铜线橡皮电缆内,其截面不得小于10mm2,其芯线颜色为绿/黄双色。2.8配电室须做到四防一通,配电屏上的电器应标明用途,室内应备有绝缘脚垫、绝缘手柄、绝缘手套、绝缘灭火器和干砂箱,停电检修牌,事故照明灯。2.9电工必需持证上岗,无证不得恣意接线。2.10电工须按规定穿戴好劳防用品,运用绝缘工具,除日常检查维修外,每月应系统地进展检查和维修一次。在检查维修时须将其一级相应的电源开关分闸断电,并悬挂停电标志牌。2.11电缆埋地深度应不小于0.6m, 并应在电缆上下各均匀铺设不小于50mm厚的细沙,然后覆盖砖等硬质维护层。2.12电缆架空敖设时,应沿墙壁或电杆设置,并用绝缘子固定,严禁用金属裸线作绑线,固定点间距应保证橡皮电缆能接受自重所带来的荷重。橡皮电缆的最大弧垂距地面不得小于2.5m。2.13电缆接头结实可靠,并应做绝缘包扎,坚持绝缘强度,不得接受张力。2.14配电箱与开关箱应采用铁板或优质绝缘资料制造,不宜木板制造。2.15配电箱、开关箱周围应有足够二人同时任务的空间和通道,不得堆放任何妨碍操作,维
