1、摘要进入 21 世纪，随着全球经济一体化及新经济的发展，企业面临着更加复杂化的生存和发展环境， 为了获得竞争优势， 企业必须不断地采用创新的理念与技术，挖掘物流领域的“潜在效益” 。物流的发展水平，已经成为衡量一个国家综合国力的重要标志之一。 由于工商企业通过把企业的物流功能部分或全部外包给第三方物流企业承担，可以降低物流成本，提高客户服务水平，因此，采用第三方物流策划、管理与运作的趋势已越来越明显。 第三方物流业务正逐步形成一个巨大市场。首先，本文主要阐述了研究背景和意义， 并对国内外第三方物流发展现状进行了对比研究。 同时，通过国内外第三方物流发展现状对比分析， 指出我国第三方物流的发展尚
