中国国际经济技术合作促进会简介 中国国际经济技术合作促进会（简称中促会）是中国科学技术协会领导、在民政部登 记注册的全国性一级社团,是我国从事促进国际经济技术交流与合作的专业工作者、理论工 作者和相关单位自愿结成的全国性和非赢利性的社团组织。 第十届全国政协副主席、中国科学院和中国工程院院士、国家最高科学技术奖获得者 王选与首批中国工程院院士、计算机专家、中国科学院计算所研究员倪光南曾先后担任本 会理事长。现任理事长为国家教育行政学院院长、党委书记郑树山同志。 理事会成员包括中央和地方政府相关部门的领导；中国科学院、中国社科院和北京大 学等高等学府的著名专家、学者；国内有影响的首钢、宝钢等大型企业的代表。是一个高 层次、高水平、高素质的横跨经济和技术两大领域、联系国内外经济技术合作资源、致力 于推进企业之间、企业和政府、研究机构、国际组织之间的交流和合作的社会团体。 中国国际经济技术合作促进会坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，全 面贯彻落实科学发展观和构建社会主义和谐社会的指导方针，遵守宪法、法律、法规和国 家政策，遵守社会道德风尚，坚持民主办会原则，倡导“进取、创新、求实、协作”的精 神，以促进中国与世界融通、技术与经济融通、资源与才智融通为己任，积极促进政府部 门、学术界、企业界在经贸技术领域的协作，促成国际金融界、科技界、企业界来华投资 合作，为我国的社会主义现代化建设服务。 中国国际经济技术合作促进会围绕国际经济技术交流与合作，面向海内外，开展以下 业务活动： 组织与提供国际经济技术合作信息与咨询服务； 组织与支持会员开展国际经济技术合作理论研讨与投资项目洽谈； 组织与支持会员开展国际经济技术学术交流与合作研究； 宣传与普及国际经济技术交流与合作的经济、技术、法律与业务知识； 组织编辑出版国际经济技术交流与合作科学及其相关学科的信息类、学术类、应用 类书刊； 促进与开展对会员的继续教育与技术培训； 维护国际经济技术交流与合作的单位和工作者的合法权益； 表彰本会会员中优秀国际经济技术交流与合作的单位和工作者，评审优秀论著和成 果； 组织与开展其它与国际经济技术交流与合作有关的各项社会活动。 多年来，学会遵循民主办会原则，倡导“服务为本，合作共赢”的精神，积极促成国际间 的经济技术交流合作，以加速我国社会主义现代化建设，成为促进我国对外经济技术交流 与合作的重要社会力量。 About CAPC The current Chairman of CAPC is Mr. Zheng Shushan, the dean of National Academy of Education Administration. Its former Chairman includes Prof. Wang Xuan (the vice chairman of 10th CPPCC National Committee, the academician of both Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering, the vice Chairman of CAST, holder of the National Technology Award) and Prof. Ni Guangnan (the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, expert of Computing Science, researcher of Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academic of Science). The board members include the professionals from Chinese Academy of Science, Chinese Academy of Social Science, PekingUniversity, the representatives from Shougang Corporation, Baosteel and other famous Chinese enterprises and some officials from the central and local government. The members of CAPC are with high level, high standard acknowledge and high capability in both technological and economical fields and they have set up broad connections between China and abroad. CAPC dedicates all its efforts to promote the communication and cooperation between both domestic and international enterprises, governmental bodies, research institutes and international organizations, as well as to link various resources of economy and technology from China and abroad together. CAPC has following tasks: To providing advisory/consultant information and services for international cooperation; To organize and support members efforts to carry out discussions about international business cooperation and concrete investment projects; To organize and support members efforts for the academic exchanges about international cooperation; To popularize and disseminate up-to-date economic, technical, law and business knowledge about international cooperation; To edit and publish books and periodicals about international cooperation; To provide training and further education for members; To safeguard the legitimate rights and interestsof staffs in the field of international cooperation; To award the outstanding organizations, staffs, papers and books among members; To organize other activities concerned but not mentioned above. Since its inauguration, CAPC has stood by the principle of democratic governance of the organization and has advocated the spirit of “service-oriented, win-win cooperation”. It has done a lot to promote the international economic/technical exchanges and cooperation to accelerate the mode
