浅析氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果

Methods 120 cases -精选财经经济类资料- -最新财经经济资料-感谢阅读- 3 of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each according to the admission order， the control group were treated with mere amlodipine， the observation group were treated with amlodipine and atorvastatin calcium tablets， the improvements of various indicators including blood pressure and blood lipid of the two groups were analyzed， the curative effect and occurrence of adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95% in the observation group and 75% in the control group （P0.05） ， the SBP and DBP in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group， the blood lipid indicators such as -精选财经经济类资料- -最新财经经济资料-感谢阅读- 4 TG，TC，LDL-C and HDL-C in the observation group were obviously better than those in the control group （P0.05） ， the incidence of adverse reaction was 6.7% in the observation group and 21.7% in the control group （P0.05 ）. Conclusion Adopting atorvastatin calcium tablets combined with amlodipine in treatment of hypertension combined with coronary heart disease has an obvious treatment effect and can promote the patients physical rehabilitation with few adverse reaction， which has a highly promotion and application value in clinic.
