外观检验标准 APPEARANCE INSPECTION CRITERIA 6.1 Motorola的表面等级 MOTOROLA SURFACE CLASSIFICATION 表面等级 ”AA”, “A”, “B”, “C”, ” D” 的外观允收判定标准依指定的表面标准执行，标准请参考本文件的6.3。The acceptability of the appearance for surfaces classified “AA”, “A”, “B”, “C” or “D” is determined by the criteria for its designated surface class as defined in Section 6.3 of this specification. 6.2 Motorola 表面等级标准 MOTOROLA SURFACE CLASS CRITERIA 一个面有多个缺陷时，该面的总缺陷尺寸由所有缺陷的尺寸累积值确定。Multiple imperfections on a single surface must have the sizes of the individual imperfections added together to cumulatively determine the total defect size for that surface.图1- 允收缺陷AA：仅信息显示区域AA: Information display area only.异色点 Contrasting color dot1. 单点：异色点不能大于0.13mm。Single dot: May not have a contrasting color dot larger than 0.13mm.2. 多点：忽略小于0.1mm的点。直径30mm圆以内的点尺寸累加值不能大于0.25mm，各个点的间隔必须大于5mm。在直径30mm范围外的缺陷视为单个缺陷。每一个AA面允许的点累积大小为0.4mm。Multiple dots: Ignore dots less than 0.1mm. Individual dot within 30mm diameter circle must be added together and may not have a cumulative value larger than 0.25mm, multiple dots must be 5mm apart.Imperfections beyond 30mm diameter circle can be treated as separate dots. Allow cumulative dot size of 0.5mm per AA surface.划伤 Scratches接受累积长度不大于8mm、宽度等于或者小于0.05mm的轻划伤，或者依照限度板。Accept cumulative light scratches of up to 8mm if widths of scratches are equal/less than 0.05mm or per limit samples.A：在日常使用中能直接观察到的主要外露表面A: Primary surface exposed to direct close-up view in ordinary use.异色点 Contrasting color dot1. 单点：异色点不能大于0.19mm。Single dot: May not have a contrasting color dot larger than 0.19mm.2. 多点：忽略小于0.1mm的点。直径30mm圆以内的点尺寸累加值不能大于0.30mm，各个点的间隔必须大于5mm。在直径30mm范围外的缺陷视为单个缺陷。每一个A面允许的点累积大小为0.6mm。Multiple dots: Ignore dots less than 0.1mm.
