[摘要]:
这是一副生产拖拉机钢圈的模具,生产一个钢圈需要很多道工序,分为下料拉深、切边、第二次拉深和冲孔等几道工序,这是其中的第二道切边工序。这副模具的特点是结构简单、容易装配和维修而且精度高。这道切边工序的目的是为了使第一道下料拉深出来的制品周边材料均匀,从而使下道拉深工序完成后产品的高度一致。这个制品的外形直径为φ348mm,毛坯直径φ356mm,单边切除的余料4 mm。结构巧妙、导向精确是这副模具的特点。
