No, they arent. They are goats. Are they horses? No, they arent. They are donkeys. Look at the hens. They are fat. Yes,they are. How many cows do you have? One hundred. Wow!二、教学目标1、知识和能力目标: 能听说、认读单词 donkey, hundred,能听懂对话内容,能听懂 Are they.? 并能在情景中进行运用。2、情感目标:a. 让学生体验到学习英语的乐趣,能以得体的方式询问名称,与人交际。b. 教育学生要保护身边的动物,热爱大自然。3、学习策略目标:a. 培养学生听、说英语的能力。b. 让学生善于主动询问,学会与他人合作与沟通。三、教学重难点1、教学重点:能准确认读单词 donkey, hundred。能运用句型 Are they.?并进行准确的回答。2、教学难点:新单词 donkey, hundred 的发音,名词的复数形式及其读音。四、教学媒体准备:CAI、词句条、动物小贴图若干五、教学过程、Warm-up1、Review words. (CAI) T: Now, lets review some words. Read them quickly. 2、Lets chant. (CAI) Look at the cat, it is nice. Look at the pig, it is big. Look at the cats, they are nice. Look at the pigs, they are big.单复数对比,各说一遍。3、学习新句型:Look at . They are . (CAI) T: Look here, what are they ? Ss: They are sheep. T: Look at the sheep. They are cute.(课件出更多动物图片) They are cows, hens, rabbits and monkeys. Who want to try? Make new sentences.4、Sing a song: Old Macdonald T: Old Macdonald had a farm, lets go to his farm together. OK?(设计意图:通过一系列的热身活动,让学生在说一说、唱一唱中复习了已学的动物单词,并通过歌曲的引导,很自然的带学生进入了农场的画面,为新课的呈现做好了铺垫。)、Presentation1、学习新句型:Are they ? Yes, they are. / No, they arent.a. T: Look, this farm is so big. (带读) There are many animals on the farm. Look my hands. What are they? (T手持图片) 引出:Are they ? Yes, they are. No, they arent. (板书) T: Are they ? Ss: Yes, they are. T: Are they ? Ss: No, they arent. They are b. T: Look there, what are they ? Can you guess? Who want to try? (CAI出动物部分图片)Ss: Are they ? T: Yes, they are. / No, they arent. Look at the hens, they are fat. c. T: I hear some voice. Can you hear? (CAI出动物叫声) Lets go and have a look. There are some animals here. Can you find them? (CAI出示隐藏的动物图片) Ill try first. Who want to be my partner? (T与学生做示范)d. Pair work 让学生利用剩余图片做对话练习。(CAI)(设计意图:通过出示隐藏着的动物图片,引导学生仔细观察并学会用Are they ?Yes, they are./ No, they arent. 来做对话练习。该部分不仅能吸引学生的注意力,提高他们参与的积极性,也为学生创设了一个真实的语境。)2、学习新单词:donkey, hundred.a. T: What are they ? Are they rabbits? (CAI) Ss: Yes, they are. / No, they arent. T: They are donkeys. (板书,拼读,带读)b. T: How many donkeys do you have ? 通过CAI引出hundred. (板书,拼读,带读)(设计意图:通过图片很自然的引出单词donkey,又顺利过渡到数量hundred.为后面学习Lets talk做铺垫。而且通过有趣的课件提高学生的学习兴趣。) 3、学习Lets talk a. T: Today, Mike, John and Sarah go to the farm, too. They are talking about with Macdonald. What are they talking about? Listen and circle the first question: What animals are there? (CAI) Ss: There are T: Lets check the answers. b. T: The second question:How many cows are there? Ss: There are c. Listen and read 学生边听音边跟读,并且找出语调需要注意的地方。全班读,小组读,分角色读。 d. Role play 四人小组来表演对话。(设计意图:让学生带着问题听录音,能提高学生听录音的效率, 加深对对话的理解程度。跟录音朗读有助于学生模仿地道的语音、语调,也能为学生说好英语打好基础。)、Extension T: Today, pig brothers go to the farm, too. Talk something about them. (CAI) 出示图片,让学生进行对话讨论。(设计意图:学生通过小组活动完成对话练习,在真实的语境中灵活运用所学句型,体现了教学的开放性,给学生提供了一个运用语言交流的机会。)、Summary1、AssessmentT: Every one did a good job today. T:Look at your farm, what have you got?
