英汉颜色词翻译中的认知模式研究认知语言学视角 研究生：朱俐 指导教师：董广才 专业：英语语言文学 摘要： 新的全球经济使得当今人们之间的联系比世界历史上的任何一个时期都普遍。在跨文化 交际中最困难的问题之一就是文化障碍。这个问题和人们所使用的认知模式密切相关。 自然界是五颜六色的，颜色在人们心目中会产生特定的含义。引起特定的联想。不同民 族文化传统和风俗习惯各异造成不同语言颜色的联想差别。本文从认知语言学的角度，通过 讨论认知模式，语言及文化三者之间的关系，对中英颜色词翻译中的认知模式进行分析，试 图为更好地掌握英汉两种语言中颜色词的深层涵义找到一种新的方式。 本文共分五部分。在文章开始的综述部分介绍了本研究的意义和目的；第二部分提出了 用于解决本研究课题的认知语言学的理论框架；首先把认知语言学的研究背景作为出发点， 然后讨论了认知模式与文化和语言之间的关系；第三部分提出了研究认知模式在颜色词翻译 中的意义：中英文化是不同的，处于不同文化中的人们对于某些概念也就有着不同的认知模 式，所以在这部分中描述了不同认知模式反映在颜色词理解中的具体情形。第四部分分三个 方面讨论了颜色词翻译中的认知模式：( 1 ) 相同的概念具有相似的认知模式；( 2 ) 相同的概 念具有不同的认知模式；( 3 ) 相同的概念没有相对应的认知模式。通过上述分析，在最后一 部分的结论中阐述了一种新的对颜色词的认知方法，即根据不同的认知模式对颜色词进行理 解和翻译。 总之，处于不同文化背景下的人们的认知模式是不同的了解中西方认知模式的差异， 可以使我们更好地理解英汉颜色词的深层含义，从而使颜色词的翻译更加生动传神。人们只 有了解了这些文化差异，才能更好的相互理解本论文的研究成果有助于颜色词的翻译和跨 文化交际。
