用关联理论阐释广告标语中的隐喻及双关 硕士研究生：刘荣春指导教师：廖荣柱 当今世界，广告已经成为人们日常生活中不可或缺的一部分。 作为一种促销手段，广告的最终目的就是说服目标受众去购买广 告中所宣传的产品或服务。正是由于广告的重要性，不同的学者 从不同的角度对广告进行过研究，如符号学角度，语言风格的角 度，语篇的角度以及语用学的角度。本文将从关联理论的角度对 广告做一些研究。 关联理论认为，交际是一种明示一推理过程。广告也是一种 交际，它是广告制作人与目标受众之间的一种交际，所以广告交 际也是一种明示一推理过程。在该过程中，广告制作人将自己 的意图通过明示刺激信号，如语言、图片、音乐等呈现给目标受 众。目标受众通过寻找明示信号中的信息与其认知语境中的信息 的最佳关联以推测出广告人的真正意图。为了更好的吸引受众的 注意，广告人常常使用各种不同的修辞手法。在这些修辞手法中， 最有代表性的是隐喻和双关。 本文试着从关联理论的角度对广告标语中的隐喻及双关进行 分析，旨在说明如何利用关联理论来指导隐喻类及双关类广告标 语的理解及创作。本文首先从关联理论的角度分析了广告交际的 特点，接着分析了广告标语中的隐喻及双关，重点分析了目标受 众对隐喻类及双关类广告标语的理解过程。经过分析得出结论： 隐喻及双关有助于广告人制作出更成功的广告标语，并且关联理
