摘要 情绪是心理活动的一部分，影响着行为主体的活动。尤其是在在教学活动中， 教师作为教学活动的主导者其情绪会极大的影响学生，从而对其学习效果产生影 响。并且社会的发展对大学英语教学不断提出新的要求，研究表明教师属于高情 绪工作群体。随着对心理科学的大量研究，研究者们越来越注意到情绪这个问题， 大量研究关注了课堂行为对教师情绪的作用，以及对学生情绪产生影响的因素， 但是大学教师教师情绪对其课堂的影响并没有太多的研究。并且研究多是理论部 分，没有上升到教学实践的程度。而具体的运用中，涉及英语的极少，这些问题， 为本文的研究提供了空间。 本论文一共包括五个部分，涉及到了引言、文献综述、实验方法，教师情绪 在大学英语课堂教学中具体应用的研究方案和结语部分。在引言这一章节中，阐 述了研究背景以及本研究的意义。在第二章节中主要阐述了国内外对教师情绪的 研究发展过程和研究现状。并且对情绪，情绪效能，情绪心理学，以及对其功能 ( 动机功能、组织功能、信号功能) 等做了阐述。第三章和第四章主要介绍了实 验方法步骤和实验分析部分。实验主要分为两个部分，实验一的对象是教师，通 过问卷和访谈的方式，对教师情绪对自身的影响做一个初步的探索。实验二的对 象是学生，通过对单词成绩分析，访谈和问卷的形式，对教师情绪对学生的影响 做了一个初步探索。第五章对全文做了一个总结，对教师情绪的自控方面给予一 些建议，以及本研究的不足之处，进而为今后教师情绪工作干预研究提供参考。 本研究得出以下主要结论：1 ) 教师情绪会对自身的认知和智力功能有影响。 2 ) 男女教师以及教龄不同的教师在情绪能力方面稍有不同，年轻的女教师非常善 于沟通，男教师的自我管理方面要比女教师更好。教龄长的教师的情绪能力掌握 普遍比年轻教师好，但教龄短的教师在适应方面比教龄长的教师更强。3 ) 教师 不同的情绪表现会引发课堂不同的效果。4 ) 课堂上的教师情绪直接影响着学生 情绪，并且女生相较于男生对教师情绪体验的敏感度更高。5 ) 当学生的注意力 被教师的消极情绪占领的时候，学习效率就会受到很大影响，而且是消极影响。 学生越焦虑，越难取得理想成绩。 关键字：教师情绪；大学英语课；影响 a b s t r a c t
