内容摘要 随着科学技术的进一步发展，微观经济学也得到了很大发展，借 助于各种新型工具和理论，人们对于市场行为的研究进一步深化。股 票市场向来以其难以描述性、难以分析性和难以预测性著称，目前已 存在的理论包括市场有效性理论、期权定价理论等。但这些理论和实 际市场相比仍有较多的不足。首先，没有用具体的参数来量化股市的 行为，其次，它们都忽略了交易费对股市的影响，第三，由于这些模 型都是均衡模型，无法展示实际市场回报分布的特点，诸如“肥尾” 现象、集群波动等。 在我学习金融经济学的过程中，徐加根老师讲到股票市场价格的 游程检验与人工智能模型时，我想，如果数学与计算机的结合( 在西 南师范大学学习了四年数学) ，股票市场价格运动规律就容易把握了。 从拱门模型的基本思想出发，某一时刻一个噪声的发生是服从正 态分布。该正态分布的均值为零，方差是一个随时间变化的量。并且 这个随时间变化的方差是过去有限项噪声值平方的线性组合。这样就 构成了自回归条件异方差模型。从这个基本思想中可以看出，由于现 在时刻噪声的方差是过去有限项噪声值平方的回归，也就是说噪声的 波动具有一定的记忆性，因此，如果在以前时刻噪声的方差变大，那 么在此刻噪声的方差往往也跟着变大；如果在以前时刻噪声的方差变 小，那么在此刻噪声的方差往往也跟着变小。翻译到金融市场，那就 是如果前一阶段金融资产价格波动变大，那么在此刻市场金融资产价 格波动也往往较大，反之亦然。这就是拱门模型所具有的波动集群的 特性，由此也决定它的无条件分布是一个尖峰胖尾的分布。 针对正态分布的不足，本文建立了一个简单的股市数字仿真模 型。在这个模型中，随机驱动力量是服从高斯分布的消息事件，价格 的形成是由于代理间的直接交易形成的，代理采用固定投资策略进行 交易。另外，我们引入了摩擦系数“f ”来摸拟实际市场中的交易费 用，引入参数r n 和r 。来描述代理对消息和价格变化的响应程度。 d s e m 模型能抓住许多经验市场回报分布的特点，例如“肥尾” 分布，大范围集群波动，短时记忆等。但是，上述现象仅在当参数被 调整到使模型跨越关键点时才会出现，该现象提示我们，实际市场的 操作可能发生在某一关键点附近。另外，进一步分析发现，采用两点 价格响应参数后，股份在某些点处显示出不连续性，即出现跃变。最 后，针对我国股市受政策等外界因素影响较大的特点，进一步引入了 “异常波动源”这一概念，通过和实际市场的比较发现，在d s e m 模型中再加上外界异常波动源的作用，能更好地模拟实际市场。但对 于应怎样描述异常波动源函数仍有待于进一步研究。 在这篇论文中，我们将构建一个非集中化的股市交易模型，该模 型是一理想模型，它能表现出实际市场的许多特点。和实际市场比较 后发现，在该模型的基础上加上异常波动源后更符合实际市场走势。 在第一章，我们提出股票市场及研究动机，建模思想基础与理论 基础，仿真研究及仿真研究的意义。 在第二章，我们将给出d s e m 模型的构造理论和一些通用假设， 并将对描述模型的参数进行探讨。该章分为两个部分，一部分解释模 排序，故最早的事件当然排在最前。根据股价的时间、价格优先原则， 使股票交易的价格确定具有离散交易的特点。 在第三章，通过讨论r 。和n 的参数空间，将发现在r p 的某些范围 内，股票价格显示出相对稳定状态，但在某些点处股票价格会经历跳 跃变化，进入另一个相对稳定区间。同时，引入了异常波动源函数来 代表外界异常因素对市场的冲击，发现在随机波动源中加上外界异常 波动源的共同作用能更好地模拟实际市场。在波动源模型中，由于异 常波动源的影响，使得股票价格的波动更富投机性。在这样的市场中， 投资者可以采用稳健的长期投资策略，也可以采用更具风险性的投机 策略。第一种，投资策略。假设投资者对异常波动源的影响作用缺乏 足够的判断和估计，对波动源模型中的a ( t ) 函数难以准确地加以提炼 和总结，那么最好的办法就是采用对数正态分布模型的投资策略，即 模型才能展示出实际观测中 的集群波动等现象。我们认识到；在风险管理模型中，我们一般假设 金融工具收益率和市场价格变动呈正态分布，比如在分析v a r 模型 时，资产价格波动正态分布往往被设定为分析前提，这种思考方法限 制了我们判断的正确性。实际上，正态分布往往不能准确地反映现实 情况，极端事件的概率往往偏大，并不像正态分布假设所描述得那么 小，也就是说具有统计上所谓的“肥尾”现象。通过分析，d s
