A. Inspection Standard(验货标准) General QA StandardPage 1 of 8Unless otherwise stated. QC should use the following sampling plan and AQL (Acceptable quality Levels)除非客人有特别要求QC将采用下列AQL验货标准:Critical defect :0%Major defect :2.5%Minor defect :4.0%B. Drop Test Standard(试摔测试标准)Drop test is applicable for all items. Shade Styrene Standard(灯罩塑胶板标准)Thickness of the Styrene for lamp shade with shade size 5x 10x 7 or below needs 0.33mm灯罩尺寸5 x 10 x 7或以下尺寸时,须用0.33mm厚的塑胶板. Thickness of the Styrene for lamp shade with shade size 5 x 10x 7 or over needs 0.35mm灯罩尺寸5 x 10 x 7或以上尺寸时,须用0.35mm厚的塑胶板. D. OPP Standard(OPP标准)Appropriate width of the OPP wrap should be used for different shade size. Criteria for the shade after wrapped by the OPP wrap need to be: OPP包装的宽度会因灯罩尺寸不同而使用不同,标准灯罩包装OPP包装必须如下:1. Shade to be totally covered by the OPP wrap without loosed end, Shade need to look neat and tidily after wrapped and style of the shade could be clearly visible after wrapped.灯罩OPP包装要紧不可松动,灯罩要保持干净,能清楚的看见灯罩的类型.2. No excess crinkle of the OPP wrap on the top part of shade.灯罩顶部不可以有过多的皱折.E. Lead Contents Standard(含铅量标准)all products must be used low lead contents requirement( 90PPM/0.009% Maximum), except other special requirementform other customers.除非客户有其它的特殊要求.所有产品都必须使用低含铅量(0.009%最高),. F. Plug Cover Standard(插头脚套标准)Clear plug cover must to be used for all lighting products所有燈類產品必须使用透明的插头脚套.General QA Standard G. Harp and Finial(灯叉和顶头粒)All customers except Target / Sears / Lowes / Walmart / Kirkland- For lamp with harp and finial, harp and finial to be put inside the plastic bag with appropriate warning printed on bag and to stick a Orange Sticker on top of the polybag, Orange Sticker mark Harp and Finial.灯叉和顶头粒装入印有警告语的PE袋并在PE袋顶部贴上橙色标贴,橙色标贴印Harp and Finial内容.
