To disclose all relevant information about a diamond, treated, synthetic or stimulant evidently.Supply Chain Management / Best Endeavors:XXXX Group is committed towards carrying the Best Endeavors that it has achieved through the application of Best Practice Principles of DTC to our suppliers. To make / facilitate our suppliers comply with the best practices, we assure that a copy of the Best Practice Principles workbook as well as relevant information on the practical implementation of these best practices and other requirements, measures they need to initiate to conform with BPPs is passed on to them.Social Responsibilities:1. Employment: All workers are employed and compensated according to national law. Overtime is voluntary, restricted to the national maximum permitted limit and compensated according to national law. There are policies / procedures laid down in relation to rights of collective bargaining.2. Health and Safety: The company has policies / procedures to ensure that workers are not under the influence of, or abusing, drugs, alcohol and / or illegal substances whilst at work. Records of occupational accidents, occupational diseases, standard injury rates and fatalities are maintained. Records of standard absentee rates are maintained A senior manager at the facility is responsible and accountable for health and safety. All workers are trained with respect to their duties, responsibilities and rights with regard to health and safety and are trained on the facilities health and safety procedures. The first aid equipment complies with the requirements of national law and is readily available. There are suitable fire alarms and other fire safety devices and there is adequate provision of fire-fighting equipment in current working order and accompanied by instructions understandable to workers. There are sufficient and appropriately placed emergency exits, which are clearly marked and unobstructed in any way that open outwards and afford free access for complete evacuation. Workers have access to clean drinking water and sanitary food storage. All electrical and mechanical equipment are safely installed, free from health hazard. All workspaces are sufficient in size and fit for the job performed there, and safe and clear of electrical, chemical, mechanical, noise or other hazards. Adequate protective personal equipment is available. Adequate and safe facilities are available for the disposal of chemicals and waste. The relevant workers are trained in safe handling and disposal of potentially hazardous material. Temperature, light, cleanliness and ventilation in the work environment are consistent with the task being performed and in compliance with national regulation. Sanitation is adequate, lockable, clean, well-maintained and available to the entire workforce.3. Non-Discrimination and Disciplinary Procedures: To allow workers to make complaints without fear of redress with regards to illegal behavior of colleagues. To prevent all forms of discrimination in compliance with national law. No deductions have been made from the wages for disciplinary reasons. To make aware of the employees of the proper channel to appeal for discrimination To ensure them that all their appeals will be considered and a transparent and fair enquiry will be conducted To make sure that all reasonable efforts will be made to maintain information concerning complaints, investigations and resolution confidential4. Child Labor: There are policies / procedures to exclude child labor, including procedures to ensure that children are not hired in error.5. Forced Labor:The management does not retain any original documents or other personal items of the workers while they are employed.6. Human Rights:There is a policy covering human rights, including, but not limited to, the prevention of physical, sexual, racial, religious, psychological, and verbal or any form of harassment, threat or abuse.Environmental Responsibilities: To manage waste, emissions, dust, effectively so as to prevent pollution of land, water, air. To conserve the use of water and other natural resources through applying the principles of reuse and recycling To foster awareness among the employees that environmental protection and waste minimization is the responsibility of every employee and is an integral part of their working life To maintain a safe environment for the community as a whole and a healthy workplace for the employees 根据适用的法律和规章制度的变更,不断更新公司的政策和规程,并时常对员工进行培训金伯利制度中的担保政策: 仅与在发票上做担保声明的公司进行交易 仅从参加金伯利制度的国家进口毛钻信息披露政策 通过向客户列举纯天然钻石与成品钻石与人工合成钻石之间的所有不同细节,甚至极小的区别,来维持消费信任度。 披露所有关于天然钻石、成品钻石、人工合成钻石的相关信息或者钻石明显的荧光供应连锁管理/竭尽全力:XXX集团做出承诺,力争把BPP规则应用于我们的供应商,以促进我们的供应商照着最优方案来操作。我们确信,一本BPP手册与实际实施中的最优方案及其他要求、措施一样,需要供应商积极地遵守。社会责任:1.招聘 依法雇佣员工和进行补偿。 加班属于自愿,但严格执行国家法律规定的最大限度,并给予补偿。 在政策或规程规定中涉及劳资双方进行集体谈判的权利2.安全卫生 公司制定政策和规程以确保工人工作时不受虐待,不受毒品、乙醇或违禁药物的影响。 保存员工职业性意外事故、职业病、受伤率标准和死亡率的记录 保存员工缺勤率记录 工厂高级管理人应对员工的安全
