The correct position of all the embedded items is confirmed by TISA and BSC with approval to cast concrete.4.1.2由专业工程师填写“混凝土浇注通知单” ,QC工程师签字确认。A senior engineer, on which QC engineer signature is accompanied, fills out the checking advice about concrete casting.4.1.3现场混凝土浇注作业平台搭设完毕,经安全工程师检查合格。The concrete casting platform has been put up and agree by HSE personnel.4.1.4混凝土浇注工作的STARRT卡填写正确。The STARRT card about concrete casting has been correctly filled in.4.1.5施工作业人员足够,已经进行安全和技术交底,明确安全和施工作业要点,工人PPE佩带整齐。Adequate workers and labors is guaranteed and the area supervisor has instructed all the detailed casting information as to safety and construction workmanship to let all workers that wear sufficiently PPE understand casting safety and construction execution point.4.1.6混凝土浇注机具足够并经检查合格。All equipments and facilities used during the concrete casting are adequate as agreed by checking unit.4.1.7混凝土罐车及泵车经安全检查合格并证件齐备,标识清楚。Concrete mixers and pumping trucks are identified by security department and certificated with clear mark.4.2砼搅拌 Concrete mixing4.2.1砼采用商品砼搅拌站提供的成品砼。The concrete provided by the Commercial Concrete agitating Station for the construction work.4.2.2商品砼供应商必须经BSF、TISA、BSC审批合格后,方可供应混凝土。The concrete supplier will be reviewed and approved by BSF、TISA、BSC.4.2.3混凝土配合比严格按照施工图纸及施工规范的要求进行试配,经试验合格后方可进行施工生产。混凝土坍落度应适合泵送,一般为140-160mm。采用经试验合格的泵送混凝土配合比,采用电子秤精确计量原材料的掺量。计量准确度为1%。A proposed mix proportions applied to pumping method with data evidence by trial mixes will be followed in the project and all the material are prepared under full scale conditions with accuracy of 1%.4.2.4商品砼所用的材料,砂、石、水泥和外加剂等要有相应的质量证明和检验报告。The sand, angle stone, cement and admixture which used by the commercial concrete should have the relevant quality certificates and checking reports.4.2.5混凝土生产中,应根据商品砼所用的材料,砂、石、水泥和外加剂等材料的变化调整配合比并上报BSF、TISA、BSC审批合格。During the concrete batching, the proportioning of concrete supplied by batch plant will be adjusted according to the change of materials including sand, stone, cement and additive or admixture. The change of concrete proportioning will be reviewed by BSF、TISA、BSC.4.3砼运输 Concrete transportation4.3.1砼水平运输采用砼搅拌运输车运送。使用砼搅拌运输车运送时,砼必须能在最短的时间内均匀无离析地排出,出料干净、方便,能满足施工地要求。与砼泵联合输料时,排料速度应能相匹配。The concrete level transportation uses the concrete agitation trucks. The concrete must come out equally and without isolation as soon as possible when transports the concrete by concrete agitating trucks and reaches the constructing requirement. The discharging speed of the concrete agitating truck must match the concrete discharge pump.4.3.2从砼搅拌运输车运卸地混凝土中,分别取1/4和3/4处试样进行坍落度试验,两个试样地坍落度值之差不得超过3cm。Take concrete sample in 1/4 and 3/4 points separately among the concrete transported by the agitating trucks to slump test and the slump difference between the two samples must not exceed 3cm.4.3.3砼搅拌输送车在运送混凝土时,通常搅动转速为24r/min;整个输送过程中拌筒的总转数应控制在300转以内。The agitating rotary speed is 24r/min when the concrete agitating trucks convey the concrete. The total turns of the mixing drum should be less than 300 turns during the transportation process.4.3.4砼搅拌输送车因途中失水,到工地需加水调整混凝土的坍落度时,则搅筒应以618r/min的搅拌速度搅拌,并另外再转动至少30转。If the concrete is dry during the transportation and need to inject water to adjust the slump, the mixing drum should rotate at a speed of 618r/min and the turns can not be less than 30.4.3.5砼垂直运输采用砼泵车运送。The concrete vertical conveyance uses the pump trucks.4.3.6混凝土输送管,要求不得直接支撑在钢筋、模板及预埋件上。The concrete conveying pipe can not be fixed directly with the steel bars, formworks and pre-buried components.4.3.7混凝土泵启动后,先泵送适量水湿润和检查。再用与混凝土相同配合比的水泥砂浆或纯水泥浆或1:2水泥砂浆润滑。润滑用的水泥浆或水泥砂浆应分散布料,不得集中浇筑同一处。Pump a suitable quantity of water to wet and check the concrete pump when it starts up. And then lubricate the pump with and-cement slurry at the same fixing rate or cement slurry or 1:2 cement slurry. The lubricating cement slurry or sand-cement slurry should be placed separately and can not be placed at the same position.4.3.8开始泵送时,混凝土泵应处于慢速,匀速并随时可能反泵的状态。泵送速度先慢后快、逐步加速。同时观察混凝土泵的压力及各系统的情况,待系统运转顺利后,再按正常速度进行泵送。The concrete pump should run slowly, run stably and pump-back at any moment when starts the pump. The pump accelerates step by step. Observe the pump pressure and its systems, and pumps the concrete at normal speed after the pump runs smoothly.4.4砼浇捣 Concrete placement and vibration4.4.1布料 Materials layout4.4.1.1混凝土浇筑分层厚度,一般为300500mm。当水平结构的混凝土浇筑厚度超过500mm,可按1:61:10坡度分层浇筑,且上层混凝土应超前覆盖下层混凝土500mm以上。The thickness of the concrete placement in layers is 300500mm. When the concrete placement thickness of level structure exceed 500mm, it should be placed in layers with the slope of 1:61:10 and the upper layer of the concrete should cover the under layer exceeding 500mm.4.4.1.2采用混凝土泵在浇筑竖向结构混凝土时,布料设备的出口离模板内侧面不应小于50mm,并且不向模板内侧面直冲布料,也不得直冲钢筋骨架。When place the concrete of vertical structure by a concrete pump, the equipment outlet should be at least 50mm away from the medial surface of the formworks and can not spray the concrete directly to the medial surface of the formworks and the steel bar frames.4.4.1.3浇筑水平结构混凝土时,不得在同一处连续布料,应在23米范围内水平移动布料,且垂直于模板。Concrete placement activities can not be carried out continuously at the same position but place concrete movably in the same level surface in the scope of 23m and is vertical to the formworks.4.4.1.4当采用混凝土输送管输送混凝土时,应由远及近浇筑。在同一区域的混凝土,应按先竖向结构后水平结构的顺序,分层连续浇筑。When convey the concrete by a pipe, the concrete should be placed from the far end to the near end. To the concrete in the same area, it should be placed continuously in layers by the order of vertical structure prior to level structure.4.4.1.5当不允许留施工缝时,区域之间、上下层之间的混凝土浇筑间歇时间,不得超过混凝土初凝时间。当下层混凝土初凝后,浇筑上层混凝土时,应按留施工缝处理。When construction joint can not be permitted, intermittent time of the concrete placement between the areas and layers can not exceed the concrete initial setting time. When place the upper layer concrete after the under layer initial set, treat the activity as construction joint.4.4.1.6预埋件、预留孔和钢筋密集的部位,应预先制定相应的技术措施,确保顺利布料和振捣密实。To the pre-buried components, pre-made holes and the steel bars dense position, measurements must be made-out to ensure the concrete placement activities go on smoothly and the concrete can be vibrate densely.4.4.1.7按照“混凝土浇注通知单”中要求的数量制作标准养护试块。The number of concrete samples in terms of casting checking advice will be made and cured under the same conditions with jobsite.4.4.2浇捣 Concrete vibration4.4.2.1采用振动棒振捣时,要做到快插慢拔,逐层振捣,每层浇筑厚度不超过500mm。在振捣过程中,宜将振动棒上下略为抽动,使上下振捣均匀。在振捣上层混凝土时,应插入下层中5cm左右,以消除两层之间的接缝,同时在振捣上层混凝土时,要在下层混凝土初凝之前进行。When carry out the concrete vibration activities by a vibrating rod, the rod should be inserted quickly and withdrew slowly and vibrate in layers and the thickness of each layer can not exceed 500mm. Twitch the rod up and down slightly to make equality. When vibrate the upper layer of the concrete, the rod should be insert to the under layer 5cm to eliminate the gap between the two layers. The upper layer vibration should be carried out before the under layer initial set. 4.4.2.2 振动棒的插点要均匀排列,可采用行列式或交错式的次序移动。每次移动位置的距离应不大于振动棒作用半径(一般为3040cm)的1.5倍。每一插点要掌握好振捣时间,过短不易捣实,过长可能引起混凝土离析。振捣时间以混凝土表面呈水平不再显著下沉,不再出现气泡,表面泛出灰浆为准。Arrange equally the inserting point of the vibrating rod and move it row or interleaving. The distance of each movement should not more than 1.5 times of the rod active radius (3040cm). Take good control of the vibrating time because it is not dense if the times is too short and it will cause isolation if the time is too long. The time is acceptable when the concrete level does not sink notably and does not bubble and ash slurry occurs.4.4.2.3振动棒不宜紧靠模板振动,且应尽量避免碰撞钢筋、地脚螺栓、预埋件等。在浇筑过程中随时检查模板、钢筋、预留洞、预埋件情况,发现有变形、位移时及时采取措施处理。混凝土浇筑完后,应立即再进行复核校正预埋地脚螺栓的轴线和标高。The vibrating rod can not lean against the formwork and avoid hitting the steel bars, anchor bolts and pre-buried components. During the concrete placement process, check the formworks, steel bars, pre-remain holes and pre-buried components at any moment and deal with any found deformations and displacement in time. Check and verify the axial lines and elevations of the pre-buried anchor bolts after the completion of the concrete placement.4.4.3施工缝的处理The treatment of construction joints4.4.3.1柱子的施工缝留在梁的下面和板的顶面。承受动力作用的设备基础,不应留施工缝。The construction joints of supports and beams are remained under the beams and the top surface of the plates. The rotating equipment foundation can not be remained construction joints.4.4.3.2在施工缝处继续浇筑混凝土时,已浇筑混凝土应有足够的抗压强度。继续浇筑前,应清除垃圾、表面上松动的砂石和软弱混凝土层,同时还应凿毛表面,用水冲洗干净并充分湿润,但不得有积水。When continue to place concrete on the construction joints, the placed concrete should has enough compressive strength. Before placement, eliminate the rubbish, loose sand-stone and soft concrete and chisel rough surface which should be clean and wet and free of standing water.4.4.3.3在浇筑前,水平施工缝宜先铺上一层1015mm后配合比与混凝土内砂浆成分相同的水泥砂浆。浇筑时应避免直接靠近施工缝边下料。振捣时,宜向施工缝逐渐推进,并加强对施工缝接缝处的捣实工作,使其紧密结合。Before the concrete placement, pave a layer of sand-cement slurry 1015mm in thickness and its fixing rate is the same as the concrete on the construction joints. The concrete placement of the construction joints can not be stared from the connecting side. When vibration, approach the construction joints step by step and enforce the vibration of the joints to mak
