B¥1,900,000.C¥950,000. D¥640,000. 根据题干中的“the lowest price”可知,本题询问一对夫妇乘车时最便宜的价格;根据最后一段第二句“The cost of a trip on Shikishima starts at ¥320,000 per person when sharing a regular room, and goes up to ¥950,000 per person when sharing the luxury suite.” BWhen I was young, my parents kept the TV in the garage and most of the time I took no notice of it. Since I was four, I had been used to following my schools “no media” policy quite happily until the year when my mother moved the TV into the house and then I could watch videos on TV.Being introduced to the world of movies through The Lord of the Rings was like suddenly seeing a new color. For months, I was attracted by the story of the hobbits and elves in Middleearth. Discovering that I loved movies, I quickly realized that I wanted to make them. At 13, I got a MacBook and a video camera. I told everyone who would listen about the movies that I was going to make. Meanwhile, I used my laptop to watch videos at night.I thought about movies all the time, memorized entire scenes and screenplays, and recited them in whispers to my classmates. I rewrote endings and dialogues, creating perfect movies, and enjoyed these inventions as fully as the ones on the screen. In the 8th grade, I finished my first movie. I created rhythm with images and never thought twice about why something looked right. I sent my first movie to the film program at New York State Summer School of the Arts and it was accepted. When I arrived there, I was surprised to learn that “film” was not synonymous (近似的) with digital video. So I spent my 15th summer in a dark basement making my own film again.I reedited my film. When it was played in our final show that summer, the voiceover (解说) asked “What did you see?” as the image went black. Then a girl appeared, rolling down a hill. “I saw magic,” the voiceover continued as she rolled through bright sunlight, then shadow, and then sunlight. At the end, the audience murmured, “I know what she means.” That movie was about how I saw the world. It was about the day when I watched The Lord of the Rings, sitting in a closet, seeing what I wanted to see: true magic. 5What did the author do to make preparations for making movies?AShe cooperated with her classmates.BShe made use of the best equipment.CShe practiced professional skills.DShe learned from other movies. 根据第二段中的“At 13, I got a MacBook and a video camera . watch videos at night.” 6How did the author feel after she took part in the program mentioned in Paragraph 4?ADoubtful. BMotivated.CPeaceful. DWorried. 根据第四段中的“I sent my first movie to the film program at New York State Summer School of the Arts and it was accepted. When I arrived there, I was surprised to learn that film was not synonymous (近似的) with digital video. So I spent my 15th summer in a dark basement making my own film again.” New York State Summer School of the Arts后,它被接受了,当作者到那后认识到了电影和数字视频的区别,因此作者在黑暗的地下室里再次进行电影创作,据此我们可以推断出,作者从这次参加的课程中受到了激励,故选B项。7What do we know about the film from the last two paragraphs?AIt was too abstract to understand.BIt was about the author doing magic.CIt conveyed the authors feelings and dream.DThe author was explaining its plot as it was on. 根据最后一段“At the end, the audience murmured, I know what she means. That movie was about how I saw the world. It was about the day when . true magic.” 8What can be the best title for the text?ATrue magicBA new worldCHow did TV change my life?DHow did I make my first film? 根据最后一段中的“It was about the day when I watched The Lord of the Rings, sitting in a closet, seeing what I wanted to see: true magic.”可知,The Lord of the Rings这部电影深深地影响着作者,作者由此喜欢上了电影制作,并通过自己的努力,创造出了属于自己的真正的奇迹;另外,文章最后一句中的“true magic”也点明了文章的主旨。 CSports can help you keep fit and get in touch with nature. However, whether you are on the mountains, in the waves, or on the grassland, you should be aware that your sport of choice might have great influence on the environment. Some sports are resourcehungry. Golf, as you may know, eats up not only large areas of countryside, but also tons of water. Besides, all sorts of chemicals and huge amounts of energy are used to keep its courses (球场) in good condition. This causes major environmental effects. For example, in the dry regions of Portugal and Spain, golf is often held responsible for serious water shortage in some local areas. There are many environment friendly sports. Power walking is one of them that you could take up today. You dont need any special equipment except a good pair of shoes; and you dont have to worry about resources and your purse. Simple and free, power walking can also keep you fit. If you walk regularly, it will be good for your heart and bones. Experts say that 20 minutes of power walking daily can make you feel less anxious, sleep well and have better weight control.Whatever sport you take up, you can make it greener by using environment friendly equipment and buying products made from recycled materials. But the final goal should be “green gyms”. They are better replacements (代替物) for traditional health clubs and modern sports centers. Members of green gyms play sports outdoors, in the countryside or other open spaces. There is no special requirement for you to start your membership. And best of all, its free. 9Wh
