This project includes two part,the first part is selling second-hand and spare goods collected from STU students and it is free of charge.The second part is selling profitable goods owned by ourselves and others merchantsInnovation:1、New in STUIn the school, basically no micro shops sell second-hand goods. A new marketing model can cause everyones attention.2、Abundant second-hand and spare goodsMicro general store sell new products. And gem Pavilion micro shop sells second-hand goods, which both makes the rational distribution of resources, and bring certain benefits to the students, to achieve a win-win results.3、Appeal to goods owners because of no chargeOur model for the first is to make a sales of second-hand products to win attention. In order to attract more people to the gem Ge platform for buying and selling of goods, we provide services free of charge, brokered the sale of the two sides reach a deal.4、 Diverse goods attract customers ( Chaoshan snacks,manicure service.)Because we are in the Chaoshan area to sell snacks, and Chaoshan region is famed for its food, we choose the snacks full of Chaoshans characteristic . On the one hand, it can attract non Chaoshan people taste fresh.On the other hand, it can evoke Chaoshan creature of memories. Project feasibility:As we all know there are plenty of e-commerce merchants on the wechat, QQ and other social media, so how we win in the game and attract our customers is the biggest problem we faced. This is The first step of our project. We attract our customers through selling used-product. Because We found that they are over 30 information about selling used-product on BBS and the click-through rate of each information is very high, it would be good way to attract students attention on our platform by combine used-product on our platform. We send the owner message that we can help them put their used product on our platform. We also mentioned that we help them advertise their product without any fees as we make profit by selling other product, and help them advertise their used items we can receive o lot of view and improve the stickness with our customers. To be more attractive, we only choose top 10 to 15 the most useful used product showed on our Tweet and our product from our all shop will shop below the Tweet.As we want to make our shop fresh and diverse to customers, we first want to sell different kinds of product for each period. This will need us to find different suppliers for each period and it is not a good way to build the recognize degree of our shop and it is costly on advertisement. So we finally select to select local snack in Shantou. And here are the reasons:1、Less competence: there is not shop selling local food in STU2、Large market:a large part of students in our school are from other cities and they would interested in the local food in Shantou.3、Easy to find supplier:at Tuopu market, many retailer sell this kind of food.4、Inventory:local food have long quality guarantee period, so we can save they for a long and we can buy a lot for each time, which can reduce the purchase cost and delivery cost.We sell our product on micro-shop and advertise our shop on wechat. Because micro-shop is easy to operate and it neednt fees paid and wechat is the main social application in STU, so we can let our customers know our shop as soon as possible.Implementing process: At first, we decided to help STU students who want to sell their second-hand goods and idle things so that we started to finding these potential partners via different ways. We start easily to pose a message on Wechat Circle to let others know our project. Then, we started to contact with some friends who want to do business with us, for example, we contacted with a friend who are skilled in manicure. Knowing our idea, she was willing to join us and hoped that we can attract more people to her manicure service. Recognizing a very good platform named BBS where some students will pose selling notices, we started to contact with them. With our effort, we succeed in attracting a few owners of second-hand products by sharing and illuminating our idea. Most of the second-hand products we got were electronic products. However, the second-hand products are limited, we made a MaKa, an online creating platform, to create an invitation to invite others to join us, and we post it on our Wechat Circle and some talking groups and asking our friends to repose it to their Circle to let more people know our projects. After this promotion, we had new partners who want to sell their second-hand and spare products such as clothes and badminton balls. At the same time, we also register a Micro shop. It was the first time for us to apply for a Micro Message Platform so we meet a lot of challenge. Luckily, we have some friends who knew that and they offered us a lot of help. We started to manage our platform and prepare for our first tweet to show others our products. While managing the platform, we were busy with decorating the micro shop and getting ready for opening. Micro Message PlatformMicro shop With all things ready for the openness, we post our first tweet to our Wechat Circle to announce that our shop open. After posing, our first customer appeared and she ordered the manicure service. However, our goods sole bad and it made us think a lot. Thinking for a period of time, we decided to add Chaoshan snacks to our shop. In order to attract more people to it, we edited a tweet that introduces the snacks and encourage others to repost the tweet to get free snacks. It was heated that many people retransmit the tweet and some customers ordered snacks and second-hand goods on the micro shop. Tweet After arranging our order list well, we went to the snacks supplier and purchased the snacks we need and the supplier met an agreement with us and agree to give us a discount. Preparing well, we delivered the goods to the customers on the weekend. When the consumers ordered goods, we will check our inventory first, if the goods are not sufficient for them, we would purchase the snacks from our suppliers. When our project was implementing, we didnt stop finding some potential partners. We contacted with a shoe shop and the shop keeper was willing to join us and she offered us many information about her shoes. However, we examined it and we found that the shoes are a bit expensive, so we quitted. In this process, we met a lot of challenge and we finally implemented favorably.significance:1、Pioneer the second-hand market in STUA lot of people buy the things that dont need on the spur of the moment. This is a waste of money and idle resources. Through the Linlang Pavilion, not only it can be the disposal of idle things, but also it help students to buy cheap stuff.2、Offer help to students who want to sel
