岁月无痕效果怎么样 岁月无痕有用吗 岁月无痕精油 岁月无痕岁月无痕精油 /sitemap.html 友情提供资料 关于重庆工商大学现代国际设计艺术学院2008届本科毕业生毕业论文(设计)工作计划根据重庆工商大学教务处关于2007届本科毕业生毕业设计(论文)工作的布置,仍然按照重工商大(2003)313号、重工商大(2005)33号、教务(2004 ) 153号、教务(2003 ) 168、,教务(2003 ) 71号文件通知执行,鉴于此,我院对2008届本科毕业生毕业设计 (说明)工作做如下要求:一、指导教师的工作要求1、我院2008届本科毕业生毕业设计 (说明)工作时间9周。成绩评定表上的工作期限统一填写:2008年3月31日至2008年6月6日。2、所有本科毕业生必须进行毕业设计 (说明)答辩。3、毕业设计 (说明)的工作程序:各专业指导教师组织学生按选题下达任务毕业设计 (说明)任务书由指导教师填写;学生开题毕业设计 (说明)开题报告由学生填写、指导教师审阅;学生做毕业设计 (说明)、结题验收、评阅、组织答辩、综合评分和总结。4、指导教师要加强毕业设计 (说明)的指导,保留指导过程的痕迹(草图、文字等):4.1、指导教师对学生的指导和考勤,如实、细致地做好指导记录,以便准确了解、掌握、核查学生的学习情况和评价学生的能力;4.2、设计说明的初稿、修改稿,请指导教师用红笔修改或提出修改意见,并且保留学生设计说明的初稿、修改稿;4.3、设计作品的阶段性草图须保留,以便呈现整个设计的全过程。5、指导教师、评阅教师按规定认真、如实填写“毕业设计 (说明)成绩评定表”中的评语。6、毕业设计 (说明)的成绩评定:毕业设计 (说明)的结题、审阅、答辩三个环节的评分相对独立,实行一票否决制,即一个环节的评分不及格,学生的整个毕业设计 (说明)为不及格,后续环节不再进行。7、学生毕业设计 (说明)成绩评定采用优秀、良好、中等、及格、不及格五级记分制。一般按优秀占15%、良好和中等占65%、及格与不及格占20%的比例分布为宜。8、答辩小组组长和小组成员在答辩及评审过程中,要首先考虑学生设计说明写作的独立性,不能抄袭;同时要考虑学生设计作品的原创性即设计能力和表现能力。9、每个学生的毕业设计 (说明)成绩由三部分:指导教师占40%、评阅教师占30%、答辩委员会(小组)占30%的比例合成学生的毕业设计 (说明)总评成绩。成绩评定标准可参考毕业设计 (说明)成绩评定参考标准见附件二。10、指导教师每周指导学生应多于2次,每次不少于2小时。二、纪律要求:11、学生在做毕业设计期间,原则上不得请假,若个别同学因特殊原因必须请假的,须由指导教师、班主任老师以及陆平院长签字方才认可,最后交教务办公室备案。12、学生在毕业设计过程中如若有三分之一的时间缺勤,指导教师有权拒绝,并取消其答辩资格。二、毕业设计的具体要求13、毕业设计的内容与要求:13.1、艺术设计专业广告设计与传媒方向的毕业设计内容范畴有:VI设计平面设计包装设计书籍设计网页设计平面广告设计影视广告设计13.2、具体要求:以上各类设计作品要求学生提供各个设计括阶段的设计草图和相关资料(文字、图片);学生务必提交毕业设计作品完稿(展版)与数字文件,每件设计作品不超过2张展版;设计作品展版的规格尺寸:120cm90cm;分辨率:不小于150dpi;截止时间:2008年6月日下午5:00时。四、设计说明的具体要求14、毕业设计(说明)文档打印件采用A4幅面排版,可参照我校相关要求执行。15、毕业设计(说明)由3个部分组成:(一)封面和目录 封一:设计项目名称、专业、年级、班别、姓名、学号;指导教师和日期等(中英文)。封二:写目录。 (二)正文(包括以下内容)设计项目名称(题目),一般不超过25个字,要简练准确,可分两行书写;毕业设计说明摘要(中英文),中英文内容要相对应;关键词(中英文),中英文均限制在35个词汇内;正文: (2000字);设计概况设计依据设计创意设计表现设计效果结束语(三)附件及图表16、文本编辑排版的参考要求:16.1、版芯位置(正文位置):上、下边界25毫米、左边界30毫米、右边界20毫米。16.2、页码:用叶脚方式设定,采用小四号宋体、用第页(共 页)的格式,处于页面下方、居中、距下边界15毫米的位置。16.3、毕业设计(说明)标题:小2号黑体字居中。16.4、作者和指导教师:标题下面隔一行,居中,采用小4号仿宋体,作者在上,指导教师在下。16.5、中文摘要和中文关键词:用小4号仿宋体、两端对齐方式排列。16.6、英文摘要和英文关键词:用小4号Times New Roma 体、左面对齐方式排列。16.7、正文文本:按宋体4号、标准字间距、行间距为固定值26磅、所有标点符号采用宋体全角、英文字母和阿拉伯数字采用半角的要求排版。16.8、正文内标题:一级标题采用阿拉伯数字(如1、2、3)标引,小3号黑体,并按正文对齐方式排列;二级标题采用1.1、1.2、1.3标引,4号黑体,并按正文对齐方式排列;三级标题采用加括号的阿拉伯数字标引,与正文相同字体和对齐方式排列;第一级标题与上一段落之间空一行。16.9、附件应与“毕业设计说明”统一装订 五、毕业设计(说明)评优:17、毕业设计(说明)评优要求:每篇设计(说明)需附800字左右的主要内容介绍,与附件1装订在一起;同时附设计(说明)以及电子文档资料;后附:附件1 重庆市高等学校参加优秀本科毕业设计(说明)评选承诺书附件二 毕业设计(说明)成绩评定参考标准附表一 重庆工商大学毕业(说明)成绩统计表 重庆工商大学现代国际设计艺术学院文件袋内容:开题报告、毕业设计任务书、成绩评定表、课题申报书ccording to the arrangement by the Teaching Affairs Office, the work of the graduation project or thesis for the 2008 graduates will be carried out as follows:.Work for teachers1.The duration of the graduation project or thesis for the 2008 graduates is 9 weeks. The dates on the grading sheets shall be March 31, 2008 to June 6, 2008.2.Each and every graduate is required of oral defence of their project or thesis from 2008.3.Procedures: Students choose topics under the guidance of teachers. (The assignment forms shall be filled out by the teachers.); Students give presentations of the outline of their thesis (The presentations shall be filled out by the students and reviewed by their teachers.), finish their thesis(in the charge of the teachers), and have them appraised, reviewed, before oral defence, grading and final report.4.Teachers shall strengthen their guidance. Any materials indicating the guidance shall be preserved including sketches, written comments, etc.4.1.Teachers shall take notes of their guidance and the students attendance so as to monitor and evaluate their progress and learning abilities.4.2.The instructor should red-pencil or make suggestion on improving the first and modified drafts which should be well-kept. 4.3All the drafts should be kept for presenting the overall process.5.The instructors and the evaluators should carefully fill in their comments on the Diploma (Explanation) Evaluation Form 6.The diploma project (explanation) evaluation is independent among conclusive report, evaluation and defense. It implements the principle one ballot against then veto”, that is to say, if a student fails in one section, he will fail the project.7.The diploma project (explanation) evaluation implements the scoring system “excellent, good, average, passed, failed”. In general, 15% is excellent, 65% for good and average and 20%, passed and failed.8.On the process of the oral defense and evaluation, the leader and members of the oral defense panel consider the independence of the project explanation as the most important. There should be no plagiary. The origination, design and expressing capacity should also be concerned.9.The final results of every student consists three parts: 40% from the instructors, 30% from the evaluators and 30% from the defense panel. The criteria for evaluation refers to the attachment 2 - the Diploma (Explanation) Evaluation Criteria for Reference.10. The instructors should guide and discuss with the students about their diploma/final projects at least twice a week and more than 2 hours once. Requirements of the diploma/final projects in details11. The content and the requirements11.1 The range of the content of the major of advertising and multi-media includes:A. graphic designB. graphic advertising designC. photography and designD. package design11.2 Requirements in detailA. The final project designs, according to the above content of the major, must be offered with sketches and related information(texts, images, etc.) in each step of the design process by each student.B. Both the digital files and the physical files for the final project must be offered. The boards used for the final exhibition are no more than 2 sheets for each student.C. The standard size for the final exhibition boards: 120X90 cmD. The resolution: 150 dpi at leastE. The deadline: before 17:00 on 2008-06-13. The requirements of design presentation in details12. The presentation should be composed and printed on A4-sized paper according to the related demands of the school.13. The presentation consisting of 3 partsA. Covers and content pageCover 1:Cover 1 consists of the title of the project, your major, your grade, your class, your name, your student number, the instructor and the date by bilingual.Cover 2: Cover 2 is the content page.B. The bodyThe title of the final project, usually no more than 25 words, must be simple and precise, which can be written into 2 lines if necessary.Abstract for graduation design is in Chinese and English translation. Keywords (two languages) are limited within 3 to 5 words. Body (3000 words) contains a. general survey for the designb. basises for the designc. ideas for the designd. expressions for the designe. results for the designf. conlusionsC.Attachments and charts14 、Requirements for reference about text editing typography d d d d 14.1 、There should be 25mm space for both top and bottom, 30mm for the left and 20mm for the right. 14.2 、Page footer numbers are centered at the bottom of the page with 15mm to the bottom line, song font, size 12 。14.3 、Title is centered with the size 18, Hei font. 14.4 、Author and faculty adviser will be put beneath the title with one line between, centered with size 12 (Fang Song font). Author comes first, and then the faculty adviser is below the author. 14.5 、Chinese abstract and keywords are sized 12 with Fang Song font, lined up to two sides.14.6 、English abstract and keywords are sized 12 with Times New Roma font, lined up to left 14.7. Text: Song Ti No. 4, standard spacing between characters, value 26 pounds for spacing between lines, punctuation marks of Chinese type, English letters and Arabic numbers of English type.14.8. Titles in the text: Titles of the first level should use Arabic numbers (like1, 2, 3) as index, using black type junior No. 3 and in line with the text.
