中欧地理标志互认产品技术规范1地理标志名称中文：巫溪洋芋 音译：Wuxi Yangyu 意译：Wuxi Potato 2受保护地理标志名称的产品鲜土豆3申请者巫溪县农业技术推广中心（地址：巫溪县马镇坝丰益路259号）4中国欧盟成员国原产地的保护2011年9月13日中华人民共和国农业部公告第1645号5产品描述 巫溪县独特的“垂直分布”地貌和“富钾”土壤类型，广泛分布的水系和优良的水质，独特的立体气候、充足的光照、较大的昼夜温差和独特的栽培管理形成了巫溪洋芋独特的品质特征：巫溪洋芋表皮光滑，淡黄带灰，略有光泽；切面平滑，色泽淡黄；蒸煮后口感酥软，细腻，微糯，淡香。巫溪洋芋干物质含量20.023.5%，淀粉含量14.019.2%，还原糖含量0.160.25%，粗蛋白质含量1.52.6%。6地理区域的简明定义巫溪县地处大巴山东段南麓，东邻湖北，北傍陕西，南依长江，西通重庆市。县境地跨东经1084410958、北纬31143144。全县耕地面积40000公顷,其中洋芋种植面积达20000公顷且通过无公害产地认定，常年产量45万吨。巫溪洋芋农产品地理标志保护地域为本县辖区内全部30个乡镇，种植区域立体分布在海拔400-1600米地段。巫溪洋芋有其独特的品质，除了有特殊的地理条件和气候因素外，特定的生产方式也是影响其产品品质的重要因素。（1）产地选择：土壤和气温直接影响巫溪洋芋的产品品质。为确保巫溪洋芋的品质，应选择海拔在400-1600米，抗蚀力较强、保水保肥性好、速效钾含量高的黄壤和紫色土。（2）品种选择：巫溪早在70年代就开展了马铃薯脱毒繁育工作，通过不断的品种引进和筛选，形成了以米拉、鄂薯系列为主推品种的脱毒良繁体系。选择优质高产、抗病性强、商品性好，适应市场需求，具有该品种特征、重5075g的单个健康薯块做种。（3）栽培方式：栽培上以薯-玉-苕/菜模式为主，复种指数高，洋芋生长小环境好。7与地理区域的关系 巫溪县地处大巴山东段南麓，东邻湖北，北傍陕西，南依长江，西通重庆市。全县地貌以山地为主，占93%；地形东、西、北高而中南部低，最低海拔175.5米，最高海拔2796.8米，最大相对高差2621.3米，一般相对高差在500多米左右，属典型的中深切割中山地形，有明显的垂直地带性和独特的喀斯特地貌。全县地貌类型主要表现为强烈切割，崇山峻岭连绵不断，悬崖峡谷到处可见；全县土壤类型有黄壤、紫色土、石灰土、水稻土和潮土五个大类，其中黄壤和紫色土占耕地面积的80%以上，该类土壤抗蚀力强，保水保肥性好，适宜种植玉米、薯类作物。平均有机质含量35.5g/kg，全氮1.65g/kgGB5749，全磷0.53g/kg，全钾18.9g/kg，碱解氮115.2g/kg，有效磷5.1g/kg，速效钾123g/kg，表现为少氮、富钾、缺磷。巫溪县有大宁河、汤溪河等15条主要河流，均属长江水系。大宁河流域占全县大部分地区。年均降水总量56.6亿立方米。巫溪县属亚热带暖湿季风气候，立体气候明显，气候温和，四季分明，光照充足，雨量充沛,年平均气温低山为14.8，中山为11，大于10积温为4600。巫溪洋芋种植历史悠久，是巫溪县主要种植的作物之一，据巫溪县志记载：清代以来县境广为种植，渐为农家主食之一，与玉米、红苕合称境内主产“三大坨”， 民国34 年县政府粮食调查表载，丰年产量为35.2万担（原粮），1949年种植面积为12.1万亩，总产3870吨（折合细粮），到1988年，巫溪洋芋在粮食作物中产量仅次于玉米，名列第二。2009年，全县洋芋种植面积达34万亩，鲜薯产量达51万吨，居粮食作物之首，产品远销广州、武汉、成都等地，淀粉出口韩国、日本。洋芋丝、洋芋片、蒸洋芋、烧烤洋芋等成为人们日常生活菜肴。8标签及其使用规则巫溪洋芋地域范围内的马铃薯生产经营者，在产品或包装上使用已获登记保护的巫溪洋芋农产品地理标志，须向登记证书持有人巫溪县农业技术推广中心提出申请，并按照相关要求规范生产和使用标志，统一采用产品名称和农产品地理标志公共标识相结合的标识标注方法。9负责审查产品规范方面的管理机构管理机关农业部农产品质量安全中心（地址：北京市海淀区学院南路59号）版本一：Eu-China Mutual Recognition of Geographical Indication Product Specifications 1. To ensure the quality of Wuxi potato, we should choose yellow and purple soil at 400-1600 meters above sea level, and with strong resist, retain water and nutrients and high potassium content. Based on a Mira ,Hubei potato series products, a high quality seed-breeding detoxification system was formed through the constant introduction of species and screening. Selecting a single healthy tuber as seed potato ,which is high-yield, disease resistance, and with good commodity meeting the market demand, with the characteristics of the species, 50 75g weight. (3) Cultivation Method: Potato cultivation is based on potato - Jade - potato / vegetable pattern, with multiple cropping index and good potato growing environment.7. The county landforms is mainly as a strong cut, continuous mountains, canyon cliffs everywhere. There are five categories of county soil types, yellow soil, purple soil, limestone soil, paddy soil and Chao Soil, among them there is 80% of yellow soil and purple soil, which is resist strong, good water and fertilizer, suitable for planting corn and potato crops. According to records of the county government food questionnaire in the 34th year , the annual output was 35.2 million quintals abundance (unprocessed). There were 12.1 million acres in 1949, with a total capacity 3,870 tons (equivalent refined grains). In 1988, potato yields ranked second in food crops ,the first was corn. In 2009, the county potato planting area was 34 acres, fresh potato production reached 510,000 tons, ranking first crop. Potato products were exported to Guangzhou, Wuhan and Chengdu, starch was exported to South Korea and Japan.
