Communication 沟通 Function: FOM for F.O. Administration 行政1) Establishes and maintains up-to-date policies and procedures. 建立并履行最新的政策和程序。 Reviews the policies and procedures quarterly or as needed. 按季度或按实际情况回顾各项政策和程序。 Updates existing policies and procedures as needed. 及时更新已有各项政策和程序。 Prepares new policies & procedures as needed. 制定新的政策和程序。2) Ordering/stock control. 订货/控制库存 Ordering/stock control of all checks and receipts books. 负责各种帐单及发票的领用,确保一定库存量。 Secures storage of all checks and receipts books. 对所有帐单和发票有严格的保管。3) Foreign Exchange. 外币兑换 Receives bank foreign exchange rates every morning. 每天从银行接收外汇牌价 Issues revised hotel rates according to usual. 发布酒店价格变动情况 Copies Mgr. Fin & Bis Support and EDP Manager. 将复印件转交财务总监和电脑部经理 Checks that formulas they have been updated in PMS. 核实最新PMS系统中更改的公式4) Participates in the smooth operation of Accounts Department. 参与财务部的运作。 Takes instructions from Assistant Controller. 听取财务副总监的指导。 Completes assignments as instructed. 完成所派给的任务。4. Guest Satisfaction 确保客人满意 Monitors guest feedback through usual chancels. 通过各种正常渠道收集客人的反馈信息。 Initiates action where service problems are highlighted. 服务出现问题时,及时想办法解决问题。 Monitors individual performers to ensure appropriate courtesy to guests/colleagues. 监督任个人的行为举止,确保礼貌待客。 Coaches where necessary. 对员工进行指导。5. Controlling1) Maximizes security on cash handling. 确保现金处理万无一失。 Identifies loopholes in keeping or transmitting cash with hotel and initiates immediate action as required. 及时发现现金运作中的漏洞,与酒店协调采取补救措施。 Constantly improves security measures in cash handling. 不断改进现金安全处理的措施。 Reviews security measures regularly with cashiers. 经常与收银员回顾现金安全处理的措施。2) Proper records of F&B checks and receipts. 登记帐单及发票的使用情况。 Ensure checks and receipts are used in sequential order by cashiers. 确保票据使用的连续性。 Reports and investigates any missing check/ receipt. 报告并调查丢失票据。3) Verifies and checks Foreign Exchange transaction. 核实外币兑换计算是否正确 Ensures foreign exchange transactions are handled properly by Front Office agents 确保前台外币兑换准确无误 Attempts to detect any counterfeit notes. 预防假币的收取4) Policies and procedures. 政策和程序。 Ensures adherence of policies and procedure by cashiers. 确保收银员按遵照政策和程序办事5) Random checks on House Funds. 抽查备用金。 Random counts cash floats of all float holders, minimum monthly. 至少每月一次,对收银员持有的备用金进行抽查。 Reports and investigates overages and underage。 调查并汇报任何长短款现象。 Coaches float holders as required where regular variances exist. 对持有备用金而经常出差异的部门和相关人员进行指导。6) Maintains internal control. 保持内部控制。 Provides information to superiors on irregularities. 将违背常规的现象汇报给上级主管 Investigates non-compliance with requirements/standards and revenue discrepancies. 调查不符合要求、标准及收入出现偏差的现象。 Follows up with remedial action. 跟进补救措施。6. Hardware Control 硬件控制 POS/Micros system and related equipment. POS/餐厅收款机和其他相关设备。 Daily checks cash registers. 每天检查现金入账情况。 Arranges terminal replacements as required. 若收银系统出现故障,如必要情况下需更换计算机终端。 Liases with EDP on problems. 与电脑房共同处理问题。7.Training 培训 Training program to newly recruited cashiers. 为新到员工制定培训计划。 Operations of POS/Micros system.
