Specification for AVC Active Voltage Conditioner AVC(有源电压调节装置)技术规范书1 General Requirements 概述1.1 Scope 适用范围1.1.1 Furnish factory assembled AVC in accordance with the contract documents and the following specification with all elements to conform to all relevant standards of manufacturing and construction, including but not limited to, IEEE 519-1991, ANSI C33.4, SEMI 47, NEMA AB-1, NEMA PB-1, and NEC or CEC standards. Submittals shall contain all required and detailed information.所有递交的资料应是完整和详细的1.5 Operating and Maintenance Instructions and Manuals使用和维护手册1.5.1 The seller shall submit a minimum of one (1) set of operating and maintenance instructions and manuals, covering completely the operation and maintenance of the equipment furnished hereunder to the owner.卖方至少提交一份使用和维护手册1.5.2 The Seller shall provide sufficient operation and maintenance instruction for building operators.卖方应提供必要的使用和维护指导1.6 Installation安装1.6.1 Installation shall be in compliance with all the manufacturers recommendations and local codes. 安装应符合所有制造商的建议和地方法规1.7 Guarantee质保1.7.1 The AVC shall be warranted by the manufacturer to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of eighteen (18) months from initial shipment or one (1) year from start-up, which ever occurs first. Warranty shall include all costs of repair, parts, labor, travel and living expenses for the service personnel.AVC质保期为发货之日起的十八个月或投运后一年内以先期满者为准,并承担由此而发生的维修备件、售后服务、差旅费、生活费、薪酬等费用2 Product Specification产品规格2.1 General常规类2.2 The Active Voltage conditioner (AVC) shall be an active voltage regulation system that delivers conditioned power from a single input power source. The AVC shall be custom configured and assembled in a cabinet combining an AC Injection Transformer Module and inverter for voltage correction, voltage balance improvements and voltage harmonic reduction that is configured to feed and protect specific downstream loads. The performance and operation of the AVC shall be controlled and monitored through a digital panel mounted on the door.AVC是有源电压调节装置。AVC的常规配置包括变压器及调节电压的逆变器装在一个柜体内,起到电压平衡、滤除谐波,保护下游负载的作用。AVC的控制和检测显示屏安装在柜门上。2.3 Construction安装2.3.1 Enclosure for the AVC shall be constructed in modular configuration to NEMA Type-1 standards. The enclosure shall be finished with a high quality powder coat finish. Color shall be manufacturers standard. The inverter system shall be housed within a cabinet. The transformer can be supplied in a special cabinet so that it can be installed within the electrical room except in smaller rated units where it will be included in the inverter cabinet. Where the transformer is supplied separately the inverter system can be installed in a separate area from the transformer.AVC模块化设计,符合NEMA -1标准。内部件都进行高品质粉末涂层处理。颜色按制造商的标准。该逆变器系统为一个单元。变压器的安装单元要比逆变器大,并与逆变器隔离安装。Each AVC cabinet shall be designed for floor mounting. Each cabinet shall be designed so that it may be bolted to the floor if so desired.每个AVC柜都设计有安装底座,根据需要,每个柜体都可以固定在地面上。 The cabinet enclosure shall include an output cable-landing panel to provide ample output cable space for both immediate and future cabling requirements.柜体内有足够的电缆出线空间,满足当前和今后的要求。2.3.2 All operator controls and instrumentation shall be mounted on the front door. All breakers and switches shall be mounted behind closed doors to limit control access to only authorized personnel.所有的控制部分和仪器安装前门。所有的断路器和开关安装在柜体内。2.3.3 All wiring shall be rated per the National Electric Code. The AVC shall include a system single point ground in accordance with FIPS Pub 94 and the requirements of NEC.所有布线都符合国家电力标准。AVC的接地系统符合FIPS Pub 94和NEC的要求。2.4 System description系统描述2.4.1 The AVC shall consist of the following major components:AVC应包括下列主要内容:Microprocessor based IGBT inverter基于微处理器的IGBT逆变器Series connected re-injection transformer串接变压器Electronic static bypass switch for overload protection and maintenance电子静态旁路开关Manual maintenance bypass switch手动维护旁路开关2.4.2 Microprocessor Control and Diagnostics微机控制与诊断Operation and control of the AVC shall be provided through the use of microprocessor-controlled logic.微处理器实现对AVC的操作和控制。Indications, measurements and alarms together with supply voltage sag history shall be shown on an illuminated eighty-character liquid crystal display (LCD) in plain English.指令,测量,报警和电压降的记录均通过一个发亮的八十个字符的液晶显示器( LCD )用简明的英语表示。2.4.3 Modes of Operation操作模式The AVC shall be designed to operate as a power-conditioning unit in the following modes:在下列方式中AVC作为功率调节装置运行:Normal常态The critical AC load is supplied through the series connected re-injection transformer. Should the microprocessor based control system sense that the mains input is out of tolerance due to imbalance, voltage sags, harmonic distortion or flicker variations the IGBT based inverter will inject a correcting voltage via the re-injection transformer. Should a net average boost in output voltage be required the inverter will draw power through its rectifier supply. 交流临界载荷通过浇注变压器提供。如果基于控制系统的微处理器发觉电源输入功率由于不平衡、电压降、谐波或闪变超出了偏差,逆变器的IGBT通过串接变压器投入一个校正电压。如果电网上的平均值高于所需的输出电压,逆变器将通过整流器转移能量。Regenerativeoptions are available for the continuous correction of 3 phase over-voltage or a regenerative load through the use of a bi-directional regenerative rectifier that allows full control of output voltageeven under load power regeneration into the utility supply. (R version models). 此类产品利用双向整流器连续校正3相过电压或负载产生的过电压。双向整流器(可控制负载产生的能量流向电网)Overload过载In the event of an inverter overload the static switch will short the secondary of the re-injection transformer (inverter side) effectively bypassing the system and providing a raw mains supply to the output without interruption. Once the overload condition has been cleared the system shall automatically return to normal inverter based operation, again without interruption.在逆变器过载的情况下,静态开关有效短接浇注变压器的二次侧以避开系统同时不间断的为输出提供一个备用电源。一旦超载现象清除,系统会自动返回到正常的逆变器操作状态而没有中断。Maintenance Bypass维修旁路If for any reason the inverter or static bypass has to be taken out of service for maintenance or repair, the AVC shall be provided with an internal maintenance bypass switch. When used in conjunction with the static bypass switch the system can be switched in and out of manual bypass without any interruption to the connected load.如果逆变器或静态旁路需要停止运行以便检修,AVC拥有一个内部检修旁路开关。当结合使用静态旁路开关时,系统可以手动切换至旁路而不需中断链接负载。2.5 Performance性能2.5.1 Voltage Regulation电压调节The AVC shall regulate the output voltage to maintain a regulated nominal supply for the load. The maximum full level of correction shall be defined for each model. For example a 15% correction unit will provide complete correction for up to 15% mains reductions whereas a 30% model will extend complete correction to 30%. Should the mains voltage drop below the maximum level of complete correction the system will continue to operate providing the rated voltage boost but with the load voltage dropping below nominal.AVC调节输出电压持续供给负荷。对于每一套装置来说,最大满校正水平将会精确计算。例如:一个校正15的装置最大可校正至15的电压降。然而一个30的设备的最大校正值可扩展至30。有可能母线电压降到最大校正值以下,系统会继续提供额定电压,但是负载电压低于额定值。For optional R version models the AVC units can also regulate for over voltage conditions up to a maximum level as indicated in the model specification. The output mains voltage will be held constant at nominal until the regenerative power capacity of the rectifier is exceeded. With the AVC running at rated kVA capacity, at 0.8 power factor, the maximum overvoltage will be as shown in the model specification. The over voltage correction capacity will increase in inverse proportion to the load power level up to a maximum correction capability equal to the sag correction capability of the unit.对于可选的R型装置来说,像设备说明书里指出的那样,AVC装置同样可以最大程度的调节过电压。输出电压将保持在额定值直到超过逆变器产生的容量为止。当AVC在额定容量下的运行,功率因数0.8的情况下,在设备说明书中,同样指明了最大过电压。过电压校正容量会增长至最大的校正容量等同于装置的电压降校正容量,与负载功率相反。Overload Protection过载保护The AVC shall continue to operate under inverter control for temporary current overload conditions of up to 150% of the per phase system rating when operating under zero voltage correction conditions. Should the AVC be providing voltage correction the temporary and continuous load ratings of the AVC system shall be reduced by an amount proportional to the level of correction at the time of the overload. E.g. IF the AVC is not correcting at all it will provide 150% overload, if it is correcting a voltage of 20% sag then its overload is reduced to 120%. Should the AVC loading levels exceed the maximum inverter ratings or the timed overload level be exceeded the AVC system will switch to static bypass mode. Operation of the static transfer switch will effectively connect the protected load directly onto the input mains supply.
