高一年级英语教学案unit one school life grammar (fifth period)二次备课/学生整理任务与目标1. structures of attributive sentences2. relative pronouns重点与难点main point: the structuredifficulty: relatives.内容与过程introduction to attributive clauses一、说出划线部分的功能和作用1)mary is a 21-year-old student. she is a nice girl.2) mary is a student 21 years old. mary is a student in her twenties. 3) mary is a student who is 21 years old. 二、定语从句的结构mary is a student who is 21 years old.( 主句部分 ) ( 从句部分 )he who laughs last laughs best.( 从句部分 ) 三、定语从句的部件名称attributive clause定语从句:修饰主句中名词或代词的从句叫做定语从句。antecedent 先行词:被定语从句所修饰的名词或代词叫做先行词。relative pronoun & relative adverb:引导定语从句的代词或副词叫做关系代/副词。mary is a student who is 21 years old.( 先行词 ) ( 关系代词)the school where he studied is in siyang.( 先行词 ) (关系副词) 四、关系代词在从句中的功能和作用1. david is a kind person. he always helps others. david is a kind person who always helps others. (在从句中作主语)2. i like the gift. he got the gift for me.i like the gift which he got for me. (在从句中作宾语) 3. he is a great boy. his name will be remembered.he is a great boy whose name will be remembered. (在从句中作定语)五、回顾reading中的句子1. i sat next to a girl whose name was diana.2. i loved the lessons that she gave in english literature.3. all my classmates were fond of the cake that i made.4. in the art class that i took, i made a small sculpture.六、用法归纳1. some of the books were gifts (that/which) he got from his chinese friends and students.2. the paintings (that/which) david donated to the school are being shown in the exhibition room. 定语从句中,用that/ which指代物that/which在从句中作宾语时可以省略。 3. most of the students (whom/who) he taught have become his friends.4. she was the teacher who taught us english literature.定语从句中,用who/whom指代人; 在从句中充当主语时,用who;在从句中充当宾语时,用whom(也可以用who), 还可以省略。5. i sat next to a girl whose name was diana.6. the club whose members are music fans meet in the school garden every saturday afternoon.定语从句中,用whose指代人/物,表示“某人的”、“某物的”在从句中充当定语。七、一目了然关系词先行词在从句中成分关系词who人主语,宾语whom人宾语whose人,物定语that人,物主语,宾语which物主语,宾语where why when物状语用法例句1.先行词前有序数词或形容词最高级修饰this is the most interesting film that ive ever seen.2.先行词是不定代词或由不定代词修饰时。he did everything that he could to help us.3.先行词前有the very,the only等修饰时。the only thing that we can do is give you some advice.4.当先行词中既有人又有物时。do you know the things and persons that they are talking about?5.当主句是以who或which开头的特殊疑问句时who is the boy that won the gold medal?which is the train that is going to shanghai?6.有两个定语从句时,其中一个关系代词已用which,另外一个宜用that。they secretly built up a small factory which produced things that could cause pollution.八、现学现用:把两个句子合并成定语从句形式1. this is the school. i studied in this school five years ago. _.2. in this school there are about 30 foreign students. the foreign students have come to study the chinese language. _.3. these students like the school very much. their parents have come to china for business. _.4. the teaching building looks nice. the building was put up last year. _.5. the man is the headmaster. the man is standing in front of the school library. _.6. next to him stands a girl. the girls name is tina. _.7. tina likes reading the novels. the novels are written by charles dickens. _.8. the club meet in the school garden every saturday afternoon. the members of the club are music fans. _.9. jack chan is successful now. life had once been very hard for him. _.改错1. the girl, her fastest 400 meters was 4 minutes 21.2 seconds, was an olympic swimmer. 2. the audience gave warm welcome to those basketball stars whose they respected and loved.3. children can see much which is wrong in the lives of their parents, so parents have to always behave themselves
