Period three 乌鲁木齐市第92中学 何蕾艳【教材分析】本堂课是八年级（下）Unit 7 Section A 的第三课时，是一节阅读课。语篇围绕攀登珠穆朗玛峰展开，学习相关词汇，并复习形容词和副词的比较级和最高级。通过完成各项阅读任务，训练学生快速阅读抓关键词总结段落大意的能力，能够以表格的形式整理文章内容，并利用它复述课文。在了解登山知识的同时，学生能体会登山者勇于探索、不畏艰险的拼搏精神。【学生分析】我所执教的班级是随机抽取的八年级(7)班，共有学生36人。通过课前接触发现，学生虽已经有一定的基础知识和听说能力，能够读懂简单的文章。但部分学生的基础仍比较薄弱，口语能力差，不具备接受全英语教学的能力。但学生对地理知识很感兴趣，并且已经掌握了一些介绍地理知识的词汇。针对学生的这些特点，我将阅读难度由填写句子改成单词或短语，通过独立完成和小组讨论相结合，降低阅读难度；把单独回答问题改成全班集体作答，让自信的孩子来带动想说而又不敢出声的学生，让他们从活动中获取学习的成就感，逐步建立起学生对英语学习的自信心。【教学设计】一、Teaching Aims1.
