SJY系列炉内加药装置SJY Series Boiler Chemical Dosing Equipment使用说明书Instructions版 号: 01Edition :01文件编号:ZG/WH001-2009Document No. ZG/WH001-2009中美合资苏州赛华仪控有限公司SINO-US SUZHOU SAIHUA INSTRUMENT CONTROL CO.,LTD二九年一月工作原理及使用 the principle and application SJY系列炉内加药装置主要火力发电厂热力系统，通过跟踪热力系统水汽品质的变化，加药计量泵自动将化学溶液如：氨、联胺、磷酸盐溶液等加入水汽系统，使水汽系统品质处于良好工况，保证机组安全运行。SJY series boiler chemical dosing equipment is most applied in thermal system of fire power plant. And it used in tracking water and steam quality of thermal system, then according it to add the dose into the water and steam system automatically, as ammonia, diamine and phosphate. It could make the units be in safe running with good working state of water and steam system quality. 各部分名称 parts name 加氨/联胺装置 加磷酸盐装置Add ammonia/ diamine equipment Add phosphate equipment装置启动前的操作 the operation before startup of equipment系统检查 system check检查各连接接头，紧固件不应有松动、脱落现象；Check each point connects well, and be sure there is no loose and fall off appearance. 检查水箱溢流管是否畅通；Check if the overflow pipe is fluent检查装置总电源是否接入；Check if the total power is on input 各计量泵状态是否正常（有无故障）；If the metering pump is on normal溶液箱内是否有药液，溶液箱液位降至低液位时，报警开，计量泵停止工作。Check if there is liquor in the tank; it would warn when the liquid level is lower than normal, and the metering pump would off running. 配制药品 dispense chemical 2.1 关闭所有阀门；Take all valves off2.2 打开排污阀，排污时间5min，排污结束后关闭排污阀；Open the blow-off valve and hold on 5min, then close it. 2.3 打开进水阀和进药阀，按比例配制氨溶液，待溶液箱液位计指示到高液位时关闭进药阀、进水阀（或根据需要加到一定液位）。Open the inlet water valve and inlet chemical valve, make up the liquid pro rate. Close the valves when the liquid level meter point at high liquid level. (Or if needed)2.4 打开搅拌电机搅拌，使溶液均匀。Put on the stirring machine and stir the liquid.装置启动 startup the equipment1、打开计量泵出口阀门；Open the outlet valve of metering pump2、打开计量进口阀，溶液箱出口阀；Open inlet valve of meter and outlet valve of liquid tank3、调整计量泵行程至适当位置（40%左右）。Adjust the scope of metering pump to proper place (about 40%)4、选择操作模式（就地硬手动、就动手动、远程控制）Choose the operating type (hard manual, manual and remote) 4.1 就地硬手动操作：4.1.1将计量泵操作模式选择开关切换至就地硬手动方式；Choose the hard manual type 4.1.2按下计量泵启动按钮；Press the startup button of metering pump4.1.3计量泵以工频运行，计量泵电流指示正常；The metering pump works on working rate, the current of metering pump is normal. 4.1.4备用泵的投入，先停掉故障泵，备用泵选择开关切换至故障计量泵，然后按下备用泵启动按钮。Put off the trouble pump first and turn the chosen switch on trouble pump and then press the button to startup. 4.1.5搅拌电机的投入，按下搅拌电机启动按钮，一定时间后关闭。Turn on the stirring machine, after few minutes turn off it.4.2 就地手动操作：Manual operation4.2.1将计量泵操作模式选择开关切换至就地手动方式；It would be Chosen manual operation style.4.2.2按下计量泵启动按钮；Press the startup button of metering pump.4.2.3调节面板频率设定旋钮至所需运行频率；Adjust the rate to needed rate.4.2.4计量泵以面板设定频率运行，电流表指示正常。The metering pump works on setting value rate, the current of metering pump is normal.4.2.5备用泵的投入，先停掉故障泵，备用泵选择开关切换至故障计量泵，然后按下备用泵启动按钮。Put off the trouble pump first and turn the chosen switch on trouble pump and then press the button to startup.4.2.6搅拌电机的投入，按下搅拌电机启动按钮，一定时间后关闭。Turn on the stirring machine, after few minutes turn off it.4.3 远程控制操作 remote operation4.3.1将计量泵操作模式选择开关切换至远程控制方式；It would be Chosen remote operation style.4.3.2由监控系统计算机或其他控制系统手动或自动启动计量泵；Start the metering pump by remote computer manually or automatically. 4.3.3计量泵以监控系统计算机或其它控制系统手动设定频率或自动控制设定频率运行。Set the running rate by monitor system or other control system manually or automatically.4.3.4备用泵和搅拌电机的投入，也以监控系统计算机或其它控制系统手动设定频率或自动控制设定频率运行。The standby pump used upon monitor system or other control system manually or automatically to set work rate.装置运行 running溶液箱切换 switchover liquid tank溶液箱至低液位时，液位计发出报警信号，打开另一溶液箱出口阀，关闭低液位溶液箱出口液。It will send out alerting signals when the liquid at the low level. And open the other outlet valve of solution tank while close the outlet liquid. 配制氨溶液 make up the ammonia solution计量泵切换 switchover the metering pump计量泵发生故障时，发出报警号，打开备用泵间的联络阀，备用泵投运；It will send out alerting signals when the pump in troubles. Just open the communication valves between standby pumps. 关闭发生故障的计量泵进口阀、出口阀；Close the inlet and outlet pumps in troubles.检查发生故障的计量泵并进行维修。Check the trouble metering pump and repair it. 装置停运 stoppage 停计量泵；stop the metering pump关闭溶液箱出口阀；Close outlet valve of solution tank关闭计量泵进口阀、出口阀；Close inlet and outlet 关闭电源；power off打开排污阀，排尽箱内溶液。Open the blow-off valve and blow off the liquid. 装置运行注意事项 notes计量泵 metering pump启动泵时，运行泵和备用泵间的联络阀必须关闭，防止强力冲击止回阀，形成止回阀堵塞。The communication valve between running pumps and standby pumps should be closed when the pump starts. It cloud prevent strong impacting and occlusion to the check valve. 装置运行过程中，运行泵和备用泵间的联络阀必须关闭，防止串样，造成加药量控制不准。The communication valve between running pumps and standby pumps should be closed when the equipment running to prevent mixed the chemical reagent. 泵处于开启状态时，禁止关闭泵进出口管路上任何阀门。It is forbidden to close inlet and outlet valves when the pump on running.在调节冲程位置时，确保计量泵的电机始终在运转。Be sure the machine of the metering pump is running when adjusting. 安全阀/过滤器 safety valve/ filter安全阀的开启压力必须在计量泵的额定压力范围内调整，不允许超过计量泵的最高工作压力。Adjust the pressure value of safety between the setting values of metering pump.
