OWNER SOWNER SOWNER S MANUALMANUALMANUAL Important Safety Information 1 It is important to read this entire manual before assembling and using the equipment Safe and efficient use can only be achieved if the equipment is assembled maintained and used properly It is your responsibility to ensure that all user of the equipment are informed of all warnings and precautions 2 Before starting any exercise program you should consult your doctor to determine if you have any physical or health condition that could create a risk to your health and safety or prevent you from using the equipment properly Your doctor s advice is essential if you are taking medication that affects your heart rate blood pressure or cholesterol 3 Be aware of your body s signals Incorrect or excessive exercise can damage your health Stop exercising if you experience any of the following symptoms Pain tightness in your chest irregular heartbeat extreme shortness of breath feeling light headed dizzy or nauseous If you do experience any of these conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing with your exercise program 4 The equipment is designed for adult only Keep children and pets away from the equipment 5 Use the equipment on a solid flat level surface with a protective cover for your floor or carpet For safety the equipment should have at least 0 5 meter of free space all around it 6 Before using the equipment check the nuts and bolts are securely tightened 7 The safety level of the equipment can only be maintained if it is regularly examined for damage and or wear and tear 8 Always use the equipment as indicated If you find any defective components whilst assembling or checking the equipment or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the equipment during use stop Don not use the equipment until the problem has been rectified 9 Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment Avoid wearing loose clothing which may get caught in the equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement 10 The equipment has been tested can certified to EN957 under class H C Suitable for domestic home use only Maximum weight of user is 100 kg Braking is speed independent 11 The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use 12 Care must be taken when lifting or moving the equipment so as not to injure your back Always use proper lifting technique and or use assistance 13 Cut off key for extra Safety 14 Place Safety key in a safe place whenever not using the machine to avoid losing it 15 Use Safety key when operating the treadmill for emergency dismount function 16 Emergency dismount Both your hands hold the handlebars and then put your sport shoes on the non slip surface of extruded rails pressing STOP button on the computer 17 Special attention to components most susceptible to wear just like rotating parts connection points etc 18 Keep a safety zoom of 2000mm x 1000mm away from the treadmill 19 Input Voltage 230V a c 50Hz ASSEMBLYASSEMBLYASSEMBLY cover2 4Allen wrenchS51 Assembly tool Allen wrench 5mm 1 pcs STEP 1 Take the machine form the carton STEP 2 Assembly the handle bar cover 3 with the triangulate know 2 following the pic Attention All the bolts should be fixed only if finish the assemblying according to the above instruction After that put through the power scource BELTBELTBELT ADJUSTMENT ADJUSTMENT ADJUSTMENT If your Belt tends to walk to the right adjustment of the Right Belt Tension Bolt is necessary by turning clockwise We recommend adjustment of 1 4 turn at a time with a test to follow If your Belt continues to walk to the right simply adjust the Left Belt Tension Bolt by turning 1 4 turn anti clockwise with a test to follow If your Belt tends to walk to the left turn the Left Belt Tension Bolt clockwise 1 4 turns at a time If the Belt continues to walk to the left simply adjust the Right Belt Tension Bolt anti clockwise To reduce the friction sticking of the Belt and minimize wear a silicone lubricant or WD 40 may be applied directly to the Deck and underside of the Belt MANUALMANUALMANUAL INCLINEINCLINEINCLINE ADJUSTMENTADJUSTMENTADJUSTMENT INCLINACION INCLINACION INCLINACION The Treadmill is designed with 3 level manual incline To adjust the incline simply lift up the rear end of treadmill then rotate the elevation stabilizer to your desire level Please must adjust the left and right elevation stabilizer to the same level to prevent any potential damage to the treadmill dye to uneven stabilizer IMPORTANT Friction will be increased by the time and frequency of using the treadmill We strongly recommend lubrication of the Deck every three months to keep the treadmill in good condition NOTE The lubricant may be applied whenever sticking occurs To apply simply lift up the side of the Belt and spray onto the Deck and the underside of the Belt BELT ADJUSTMENT You may need to adjust the running belt during the first few weeks of use All running belts are properly set at the factory It may stretch or be off center after use Stretch is normal during the break in period ADJUSTING THE BELT TENSION If the running belts feel as though it is slipping or hesitating when you plant your foot during a run the tension on the running belt may have to b increased TO INCREASE THE RUNNING BELT TENSON Place 8MM wrench on the left belt tension bolt Turn the wrench clockwise 1 4 turn to draw the rear roller and increase the belt tension Repeat the step A for the right belt tension bolt It is necessary to run both bolts the same number of turns so the rear roller will stay square relative to the frame Repeat STEP A AND STEP B until the slipping is eliminated Be sure not too tight to much because that might damage the roller bearings TO DECREASE THE TENSION ON THE RUNNING BELT TURN BOTH BOLTS COUNTER CLOCKWISE THE SAME NUMBER OF TURNS TreadmillTreadmillTreadmill operationoperationoperation Using treadmill will provide you several benefits it will improve your physical fitness tone muscle and conjunctions with a calorie controlled diet help you lose weight Read carefully the following before using your treadmill EXERCISE GUIDELINES Anyone over the age of 35 as well as younger people who are overweight should check with their physician before beginning any type of exercise program People who have diabetes or high blood pressure a family history of heart disease high cholesterol or have led a sedentary lifestyle should protect themselves with a medical check up and a stress test preferably administered by a healthcare professional Medical research has shown us that there is an amount of exercise which is enough to condition the cardio respiratory system and the muscles of the body The amount of exercise is between 60 and 75 of your maximum heart rate measured during a training session This range allows enough exercise to achieve fitness but not an exercise amount to cause injury If at anytime during exercise you experience dizziness or chest pain stop immediately and seek medical advice TARGET HEART RATE ZONE 220 your age maximum heart rate Do not workout at your maximum heart rate The recommended heart rate zone is between 60 and 75 of your maximum heart rate EXERCISE IN YUR TARGET HEART RATE ZONE BEGINNER TREADMILL PROGRAM UP then bend the left leg and lean forward by moving your hips toward the wall Hold and then repeat on the other side for 15 seconds Cool Down Phase This stage is to let your Cardio vascular System and muscles wind down This is a repeat of the warm up exercise e g reduce your tempo continue for approximately 5 minutes The stretching exercise should now be repeat again remembering not to force or jerk your muscles into the stretch As you get fitter you may need to train longer and harder It is advisable to train at least three times a week and if possible space your workout evenly throughout the week Warning if you feel dizzy nausea chest pains or other abnormal symptoms stop immediately Consult a physician before continuing 1 Unplug the electrical cord from the electrical outlet This is especially important if you are not going to use treadmill for extended periods 2 Wipe all treadmill surfaces with a dry cloth or towel especially perspiration on the handlebars control panel running belt or other treadmill components At the end of every exercise session always 1 Remove the safety key from the computer consoled 2 Use the master power switch to turn the treadmill off The master power switch is located on the front side of frame next to the electrical cord 3 Always position and store the electrical cord where it is clear from all pathways 4 Unplug the electrical cord from the electrical outlet This is especially important if you are not going to use your treadmill for extended period 5 Wipe all treadmill surfaces with a dry cloth or towel especially perspiration on the handlebars control panel running belt or other treadmill components Warning Turn off and unplug the treadmill before proceeding with any maintenance or visual do so may result in serious injury Note Failure to perform the required periodic and preventative maintenance can void your warranty motor once when the buzzer sound 5 times Handle mode 1 How to enter in manual program A Put on the switch enter in the normal mode of PO manual program directly B When stop press the program key can enter into the normal mode of manual modes 2 3 set functions of the PO handle functions Time set distance set and calorie set A All the parameters for the initial value When starts to enter into the handle modes B When at the normal manual modes press the select key enter into the time countdown modes the time displays flashing 30 00 press or can set the time count down which can be designed in the range of the time is 5 00 99 00 C In the mode of time countdown press the select key can enter the distance countdown mode the original show of distance is 1 0M press or can design the range of distance 1 0 99 0km D In the mode of distance countdown Press select key could enter into calories countdown mode The original calories show 50 0 therm press the or key could design moving calories the designed range is 5 990 term Operation of manual mode 1 press the start stop key count down the time 5 seconds motor start moving 2 Press speed or can adjust the speed 3 When the motor running press the Stop key the motor will stop 4 Press the Start stop key again the motor starts moving again 5 Press the quick speed key you can get your desired speed soon 6 Put off the safety key to stop the motor moving window show buzzer will give off sound bi bi bi 7 I Under the time countdown mode when the designed time descends to 0 the speed slows down and stop at last the buzzer sound press START key the motor start and up to speed of speed window 8 the distance countdown mode is the same as the above 9 the calorie countdown mode is the same as the above 10 The unsetted data adding Program mode 1 The original time is designed to 30 minutes You can just set time between 5 00 to 99 00 Press speed can adjust the set parameter 2 Press start key the motor start function according to the program 3 Press speed or can adjust the running speed 4 Press the quick speed key you can get your desired speed soon 5 The program can be divided into10 parts every part is 1 10 of the designed time 6 3 times sound will be given off during the transition of every part 7 Under the time countdown mode when the designed time descends to 0 the speed slows down and stop at last press START key the motor start and up to speed of speed window 8 When the motor function press start stop key the motor stop function all the parameter keep unchanged 9 Press the Start stop key again the motor starts moving again till speed up to the data the window shows 10 the designed time slow down to 0 the speed slow down to stop the buzzer sound 5 times per second The SPEED windows display END only press PROGRAM key exit 11 Pull off the safety key the speed windows show E07 the buzzer sound BIBI BI Safety key functions Pull off the safety key the speed windows show the buzzer sound BIBI BI the motor stop moving Body fat function 1 When the treadmill stops press the Program key to select the body fat function Press the program key continuously 8 times to pass the preset 8 programs until both the Calorie and Pulse window shows 01 which means you have entered into the body fat function 2 The Pulse window displays the preset data the Calorie window displays input parameter 3 After entering into this function the Calorie window displays 01 which shows you should input the gender Male or Female Press the speed you can select the gender 01 male 02 female If the pulse window displays 01 which shows you select Male 02 Female 4 Press SELECT key the Calorie window displays 02 it shows you enter into age setting the distance window show
