Revision(1) Check the homework(2) Tell students that you would like to go to the park, but there is no bus to take you there, so you have to use two kinds of transportation. Ask students for some advice. Then invite them to make conversations in pairs.Step 2 Presentation 1. Teach the new wordsFirst, show the new words and phrases on the screen. Lead students to read them one by one and explain their meanings.Then show some word cards, invite some students to read them and say out their meanings with the textbook closed.Have them make sentences using some key words. Practice the one who makes the sentences most. 2. Reading.First, ask students to have a look at the title and guess what the passage is about.Then lead them to read through the questions below the passage, have them read the passage silently with these questions and underline any difficult language point.Several minutes later, invite a students to read the passage, have the other students listen carefully, focus on the pronunciation and intonation.Next, invite four students to answer the four questions.Later, lead students to read the passage together. After that, explain some language points. 3. Activity 2cGive students several minutes for them to complete the sentences in 2c.
