A good teacher will influence a lot of students. In my opinion,being a good teacher must follow the four points following.Firstly, a teacher should be good at what is he/she teaching. Teachers are the people who students learn the knowlege from.Secondly, a teacher should be skillful in teaching. Teachers need to teach the student with different methods according to what content they are going to teach.Thirdly, a teacher should be a good example for the students. What the teachers teach not only the knowledge from the books, but also how to behave, so it is important for the teachers to behave well.Fourthly, a teacher should get along with the students. Good classroom atmosphere is good for learning.In words, a good teacher will not just focus on the subject what he/she teachs, but also how to make the students make good progress in their life. How to be a good teacher? A good teacher really makes a big difference to his or her students and sometimes the influence can be everlasting. Therefore, it is of great importance to consider how to be a good teacher. From my perspective, to be a good teacher means several important qualities as follows: First of all, a good teacher must have a good command of knowledge in his major, which is so crucial that he must spare every effort to avoid making mistakes when he teaches in class. For example, if the teacher himself is not sure about the knowledge, he may teach incorrectly and the students will be misled. So it requires a teacher to improve his major constantly. Besides, deep love for students is another necessary quality of being a good teacher. Not all of the students are smart and behave properly, and sometimes there can be those who are extremely naughty and always cause trouble. Thus, only when the teacher love the students, will the teacher be able to treat the students patiently and wisely. Most importantly, students are easily affected by the teachers love and then accept the education from teachers willingly.Last but not least , a good teacher should leran to reflect frequently. Only with the reflection ,can a teacher make progress in teaching. For instance, if a teacher thinks and sets down the advantages and shortcoimgs after every lesson , he will be able to collect good teaching methods and figure out solutions to the problems in teaching and thus, his teaching skills will be improved.To sum up, to be a good
