Ability goals: Be able to write a short passage about animals likes and dislikes using the key words and the target language.3. Emotional goals:Be cooperative, be active to take part in any kind of activity to practice oral English, tell and describe animals. Greetings. Step 2. Revision words (before the trip) Revise the key words in this unit by doing a guessing game and using mind-maps and make sure the students can say the animals in English. I like pandas/giraffes/ koalas/ elephants because they are kind of smart/cute/beautiful/shy I dont like tigers or lions because they are very scary/ ugly. Have them write the description words on the piece of paper in two minutes.
