Topic:What is your ideal lifestyle?Date: May 3, 2011Team Member:Yuwei Zhang,Peng Jiao,Jiaming Li,Yubing Li,Qingli Wang,Jianbin Wang.Writing:Yuwei ZhangOur Ideal LifestyleOur team has had a discussion about Ideal Lifestyle on May third 2011. We made up of two perspectives about this topic.Here are the results.Some members think their ideal lifestyle is stable life. That they dont need to worry about the basic requirement of life. Here are their personal views.Yuwei Zhang: Live NaturalHe got the conclusion that he prefer the stable and peaceful life. Although there are so many colorful and exciting things he love to in a clam and simple life. Be amidst nature as much as you can. Be around trees. Plant trees around your residence. Avoid usage of materials that are hazardous to the environment.Yubing Li: Work hardHe gave us his point. Nowadays he is focus on his working. That is his life. We know that his is a very hard working guy ,seldom have the vacation. Hard working! Fighting! thats his qqs signature. As every simple person we are work and fighting for our beautiful future.Jiaming Li: Do interesting thingsJiaming is a shy boy,we all curious about his ideal lifestyle.After the closely inquire of all us, he told us that he want to live in a very simple life. Working place and home - two points constitute a straight line, and he will have some blind dates every weekend.He wants to be free of working and do his interesting things. In addition to these views,three members have another idea.They think ideal lifestyle is healthy lifestyle.Peng Jiao:Eat well He think having a best eating habit is a kind of ideal lifestyle. Every day we should eat fruit and vegetables,drinking a glass of milk before go to bed. Some junk food is very delicious but we should not eat it. because its really bad for our health. Secondly, getting enough sleep,exerciseing an our every day. Of course, healthy lifestyle is ideal lifestye .It helps us keep in good health and study better.Qingli Wang: Get activeHe think that is the primary and the most vital aspect of a healthy lifestyle. Being active is a sure-fire way to remain healthy. Remain physically active. Walk, run, play, swim, climb, jump do all those activities that will keep you physically fit.If your work requires long hours of sitting, take frequent breaks, get up often and stretch. Do not let laziness shroud your body and mind. Clean house, do gardening, go cyclingthere are various simple active ways to lead a healthy lifestyle.Jianbin Wang: Keep clean As per a common saying, cleanliness is next to godliness. But it certainly can induce healthiness around you. Keep your surroundings clean. Cleanliness can create a healthy and positive ambience that is so very essential to a healthy lifestyle. Neat and well organized places are conducive to healthy mind and body; and in turn to a healthy lifestyle. Unclean and untidy place can not only irritate you but can make yo
