Unit 3 Weather PartB Lets learn教学内容分析 1、学生在前面的课时已经学习了关于天气的单词hot, warm, cool, cold。 2、能简单运用-Whats the weather like in_? -Its _ in_. 教学目标 知识与技能 1在情境中学习和运用有关天气的单词:sunny,cloudy,windy,rainy,snowy。 2通过图片学习城市的词汇:Singapore, Moscow。 3学会听取天气预告信息。 4学会和使用以下句型: -Whats the weather like in_? -Its _ and_ in_. 过程与方法 通过新旧知识的结合,已旧带新,语言知识的整合,通过听说读等手段,培养学生语言综合运用的能力。 情感态度与价值观 通过本课程的学习,培养相互交流与合作的能力,培养孩子的英语思维能力。 教学重点 1、本单元的词汇sunny,cloudy,windy,rainy,snowy,Singapore, Moscow。 2、学会和使用以下句型: -Whats the weather like in_? -Its _ in_. 教学难点 rainy ,Singapore, Moscow等较难朗读的单词;如何用目标语谈论天气预告 教学策略的选择与设计 本节课的教学设计主要是围绕天气学习展开。以the map of China引入从学生以熟悉的地名: Harbin, Qingdao, Guangzhou等,向学生渗透和复习-Whats the weather like in_? -Its _ in_.的句型。运用这个句型,以旧带新,学习新的天气单词和 It is_ and_ in _. 的表达方式。最后结合世界地图复习之前学过的国际都市名称及新单词Singapore, Moscow。通过教师的层层引导,实现学生语言的综合运用和提升,让孩子熟练地用英语表达天气。 教学环境及资源准备 单词卡、图片卡、录音,课件等 教学过程 Step 1 Greeting and warming up:How are you? Lets chant together. Stand up and do as the Chant, please. Step 2: 1. Look at the picture of different cities in China and talk about the weather to review the weather words and the conversation pattern. Whats the weather like in.?Its (Purpose: prepare the students for the new knowledge.) 2. Consolidate the words and sentences using Chant 2. Step 3: Presentaion1.Show Ss the map of the world. Introduce the cities.(This is Beijing,the capital of China. This is Moscow, the capital of Russia. This is London, the capital of Britain. Here is Sydney, a city in Australia. Divide the students in to four groups. Ask them make a dialogue using the sentence and hint the teacher shows on the PPT, talk about the world weather.
