勘察目的、任务及要求本次勘察的主要目的是为设计、施工提供详细可靠的岩土工程勘察资料及有关参数。依据委托书,结合现行规范有关规定,确定本次岩土工程勘察的主要任务及要求如下:1)查明场地范围内土层的类型、深度、分布及工程特性,分析和评价地基的稳定性、均匀性和承载力;2)提供各层土的物理力学性质指标,提供地基土的承载力特征值;3)查明不良地质作用的类型、成因、分布范围及危害程度,并提出整治方案建议。4)查明地下水的埋藏条件,提供地下水位及变化幅度,判定地下水对建筑材料的腐蚀性;5)进行场地和地基的地震效应评价;6)根据岩土工程条件,结合拟建建筑物特点,对地基基础方案做出评价。为完成上述勘察任务及要求,主要提供以下指标:地基土的比重、含水量、重度、孔隙比、饱和度、液限、塑限、塑性指数、液性指数、压缩系数、压缩模量、粘聚力、内摩擦角、标准贯入试验锤击数及静力触探试验指标、承载力特征值、桩极限侧阻力和端阻力标准值等。1.4 勘察执行的规范、标准本次勘察根据岩土工程勘察委托书之要求,主要执行下列规范和标准:1、岩土工程勘察规范(GB 500212001)及局部修订条文2、建筑地基基础设计规范(GB 500072002)3、建筑抗震设计规范(GB 500112001)(2008版)4、建筑工程抗震设防分类标准(GB50223-2008)5、静力触探技术标准(SY/T 005892)6、建筑工程地质钻探技术标准(JGJ 8792)7、土工试验方法标准(GB/T 501231999)8、原状土取样技术标准(JGJ8992)9、岩土工程勘察文件编制标准(DBK14S32002)1.5 勘察工作方法及完成工作量根据现行规范规定,结合本次勘察工作的具体任务及要求,在收集附近已有工程地质资料的基础上,采用钻探、取土、标准贯入试验、静力触探测试及室内土工试验相结合的方式进行岩土工程勘察工作,具体如下:1.5.1 勘探点布置原则勘探孔按建筑物周边布置,共布置5排勘探孔,孔间距控制在20m以内,具体见建筑物与勘探点平面位置图。1.5.2 勘探点的数量与深度共布置9个勘探孔,其中 静力触探孔4个,钻探、静探对比孔1个,取土、标贯孔4个,孔深为20m25m。 1.5.3 完成工作量本次勘察钻探采用DPP-100-5F型钻机,采用单筒岩芯管钻进,泥浆护壁,取土采用敞口厚壁取土器,静力压入法取土,对于粉土、砂土做标准贯入试验。静力触探测试(双桥)采用液压贯入,并用JTY3型数字静探仪采集处理数据。室内土工试验由我公司土工试验室完成,具体完成工作量如下:总进尺190.00m其中 静力触探孔进尺80.00m,钻探、静探对比孔进尺25.00m,取土、标贯孔进尺85.00m,取原状样45件,取扰动样21件,标贯试验21次。2 场地岩土工程条件2.1 地形、地貌及周围环境勘察场地地面不太平整,局部堆有建筑垃圾。场地地貌单元单一,为黄河三角洲冲积平原。勘探孔孔口标高为相对高程,假定以广告牌基础的西北角铁座为相对高程为0.00m,勘探孔孔口高程介于-2.108-1.038m之间。2.2 地层分布及岩土性质根据野外钻探资料,结合原位测试和室内土工试验结果,场地地基土在勘探深度内可划分为4大层,各地层分述如下:1层:素填土黄褐色,堆填时间短,上部80cm左右为杂填土,主要夹有砖块等建筑垃圾,60cm-100cm左右夹有三合土,素填土以粉土为主,夹少量黏土团块。场区普遍分布,厚度:1.402.50m,平均1.81m;层底标高:-2.55-1.46m,平均-1.84m;层底埋深:1.402.50m,平均1.81m。
