I like animals very much. Do you like them? OK, today I”ll take you to the zoo. Now, lets go. There are many animals in the zoo, arent there? What are they?Students name the animals.What other animals do you know?T: Do you like? Why do you like?/ Why not? Step II PresentationTeach Activity 1aShow some pictures of animals on the screen.T:What are they?T:What do you think of them?Point out the list of eight numbered adjectives.T:Now please match the descriptive words with the animals in the picture. Write the letter of the animal on the line after the adjectives. Point out the sample answer.Later check the answers.Step III PracticeListening.(Activities 1b1c)T: Now I will play the recording of a conversation between Tony and Mary. You need to listen carefully and circle the description words you hear in 1a.Play the recording. Students circle the adjectives they hear.Then check the answers.
