No safety no operation.l 安全生产目标：杜绝重大伤害事故,千人负伤率0.5，l safety production aim: prevent any accidents from happening and the injury rate is less than 0.05 percent.l 安全管理规定：l Safety Management Requirements 施工现场必须建立安全管理机构、配备专职安全员。 The safety management agencies should be built and the relevant persons should be furnished. 制定现场安全管理规定。 regulations of safety management should be set. 完善各类安全管理台帐。 complete all sorts of safety management records 开展现场安全达标和文明工地活动。 The activities of eligible safety in site and civil site should be held. 现场进点，抓好进点安全教育、并及时做好分项工程安全技术交底。 Safety training must start from mobilization and inspection for safety technical of separate project must be on time. 加强现场安全监督、检查。 pay more attention to the safety supervision and safety examination 现场出入口处悬挂“六牌一图”。 “six plates and a drawing” should be hung at the entry of site.安全教育 safety training-新工人必须进行三级安全教育-The new employee must pass receive three-grade safety training -特殊作业应进行专门培训- Special working must set special training.-每年元旦上班第一天为公司安全教育日-The first day of the New Year is The Safety Training Day-现场每周一安全例会教育（30分钟）Weekly meeting for safety training must be held on Monday.现场安全技术交底 safety technical explanation on site-项目施工前安全技术措施要交底-Safety technical requirement must be explained to all workers before work commencement.个人防护 individual protection-现场必须正确穿戴劳动保护用品-Every one working on site must be in properly protective condition.-特殊作业必须穿戴特种保护用品（眼镜、口罩、防毒面罩等）-Every one doing special work must dress properly (goggle, respirator, gas mask, etc).现场临时用电（1）temporary electricity in site三级配电保护（五线制）Three grade power supply (five wires system)-只有持证电工才能进行电气作业-Electric operation should be carried out by the electricians having work permits.-配电箱内必须安装漏电保护器-Install earth leakage circuit breakers at all distribution box. 现场临时用电（2）Temporary Electricity in Site-不要使用有故障的电器设备用具-Dont use the faculty electric equipment and tools.-电气设备必须保护接零-The electric equipment must connect the ground line for safety.-设备用完毕，一定要关掉电源-Switch off power supply on time.高处作业 high operation -作业人员应办高处作业许可证-The work permit is required for working on height -高处必须栓挂安全带，高挂低用-The safety belt must be on hanging condition. 洞口防护 openings protection-现场大小洞口必须加装盖板及防护栏杆-Openings should be barricaded or covered up. . -洞口、危险部位要悬挂警示标志-Openings and dangerous places should be hangs the warning sign clearly.临边防护 edge protection-临边必须搭设防护栏杆-Edge of building must set up protective banisters.-洞口、临边防护设施不得随意损坏、挪动-Dont remove on damage the protective banisters of edges and openings.起重作业 hoist operation-起重作业专人操作、信号明确-Hoist operation should be carried out by special staff and its sign should be explicit.-检查所有起重机械及吊装等工具，确保安全使用-Check all hoist machinery and tools for the sake of safety-吊物上及下方严禁站人-Forbid persons to stand above or below the suspense object.脚手架 scaffold-按规范搭设脚手架-Scaffold should be set up.-架体应牢固稳定可靠-The frames should be solid, stable and reliable.-作业部位注意防滑-Pay attention to slip places and keep from them at the position of operation.机具设备 tools and equipment-所有机具设备，必须有安全操作规程-All the machinery must have the regulation of safety operation.-不得使用有故障和无防护罩的设备-Never use the defective equipment or the one without protective covers.-注意机具防雨措施，做到上盖下垫-Waterproof measures must be taken. Cover up and cashion the machinery.现场车辆 transportation in site-现场车辆限速5-10公里/小时-The motors speed at site must be limited within five to ten km per hour.-严禁酒后作业和无证驾驶-Driving after drink or without license is forbidden.安全使用梯子 safely use of ladders-不要使用有故障的梯子-Dont use the defective ladders.-使用梯子时注意梯子脚部稳定，并要采取防滑措施-The ladders footage must be stable while using the ladders and should take meausres to prevent from slipping.许可证（1）license (1)-凡登高作业必须办理许可证-The workers who operate in height shall acquire work permits.-30米以上要进行体检并派人监护-Make sure to have physical examination when operating over 30metres and send for person to guard the operator.许可证（2）license(2)-凡在易燃、易爆处动火必须办理动火许可证-The license for fire must be acquired in the inflammable and easily explosive areas.许可证（3）license(3)-进入罐内作业必须办理许可证-License must be acquired when entering the inside of the tank.-容器内应采取通风措施-The measures must be taken for ventilation in the container. 许可证（4）license(4)-厂区动土必须办理动土证-Licenses for digging the ground must be obtained .-坑基边缘禁止堆放重物，防止坍塌-Heavy objects are forbidden to pile at the edge of the pit to avoid collapse.现场消防 fire protection in site-消防器材不得乱放-Dont litter the fire control appliances.-不准占用消防通道-Never use the fire control way.-牢记火警电话119-Remember the fire alarm telephone number 119 现场文明施工（1）civil construction on site(1)-做到工完料尽场地清，严禁抛物-It must be guaranteed when a day of work finishes, materials should be use up and the site should be cleaned. No casting!现场文明施工（2）civil construction in site(2)-现场办公区、生活区保持整洁-Keep the site office area and the living area tide.-积极开展创建文明工地活动-Carry out the creation of the activities for civil jobsite positively.保护环境 environment protection-积极治理“三废”，创建卫生环境-Treat three wastes actively and create a clean environment. 安全检查 safety inspection-项目部每月一次安全检查-Have a monthly safety check by the project dept.-公司每季一次安全检查-Have a quarterly safety examination by the corp.-查出问题，及时整改，记录在案-When finding out the problems, report them to the supervisors and make a record.尊章守纪 comply with the rul
