51、授巴1.1 材料 1)钢筋加工成型:根据设计要求的规格尺寸,预先成型外墙钢筋;2)加工制作钢模板;3)根据设计的层高、门窗洞口位置,加工各种规格的保温板(50mm厚eps聚苯板,见图1),按编号运送现场,并码放整齐;4)根据设计图纸要求,预制50mm50mm15mm带铁丝的水泥砂浆垫块;5)加工制作l型锚固筋,其直径为6,圆钢长150mm, 90弯钩长30mm,穿过保温板部分刷防锈漆两道;6)加工制作u型锚固筋,其直径为6,圆钢长200mm,90弯钩长150mm,穿过保温板部分刷防锈漆两道。1.2 作业条件1)待绑扎钢筋位置的基层清扫干净;2)墙身、门窗洞口、模板线,并将预留伸出搭接钢筋处的松
