1、Unit 4 I ll have to have my watch replaced.Lead-in & Listening and speaking一、教材分析1. 教学内容本课时系教材英语3(基础模块) (高教版)第四单元的Lead-in 和 Listening andspeaking 两部分。本课时主要让学生了解人们在什么情况下会投诉,并且通过听说让学生 了解投诉和处理投诉时的一些表达方式,为本单元的学习做准备。2. 教学重点、难点(1) 教学重点能了解各种需要投诉的场景,并能运用有关投诉和处理投诉的相关句型进行对话。(2) 教学难点学生把听力活动中学习的语言知识应用到实际的语境
2、中,训练学生在相对真实的情境下用合适的方式和语句投诉和处理投诉的能力。二、教学目标1. 知识目标(1) 学生能识别replace, alarm, leaflet, incorrectly, damage, receipt, guarantee, disappoint,quality, inconvenience, refund, detail 的意思。(2) 学生能用be disappointed at, decide on, expect, under guarantee, take down, ask for,refund, pay for, repair 进行投诉。2. 能力目标(1)
3、学生能听懂顾客投诉时描述的问题和对问题处理的要求。(2) 学生能够使用“ . doesn t work” , “ There is something wrong with . ” , “ Ill have to have .replaced. ”等描述并寻求解决方法。三、教学步骤Step I Lead-in1. Discuss and list. (Activity 1)Students work in pairs and discuss about in which situation people will complain.2. Look and match. (Activity 2)

11、户订单招致客户投诉后的回复信件,目的是培养学生阅读理解商务信函的能力,培养学生提取信件细节信息以及根据回信推测来信内容的能力,并且能按照一定的逻辑顺序,将关键信息连接成文,完成回信。2. 教学重点、难点(1) 教学重点 通过不同的阅读技巧,读懂投诉和处理投诉的信件。 能从信件中提取对问题的解决办法。(2) 教学难点 引导学生运用不同的阅读策略,真正落实在阅读过程中。 学生在理解的基础上组织语言进行书面表达。二、教学目标1. 知识目标(1) 学生能根据上下文了解下列词汇:work out, express, apology, broke down, signcontract, arrange 等
12、意思。(2) 学生从阅读材料中提取关于引起投诉和解决投诉的相关信息。2. 能力目标(1) 学生能带着问题通过速读、跳读等阅读策略,快速获取相应的信息。(2) 学生能掌握一些表明上下文条理性和逻辑关系的副词,比如 firstly, secondly, thirdly,finally . ,并且能运用这些副词将关键信息连接成文。3. 情感目标通过读写活动,学生具备初步的服务意识,如果遇到投诉时能合理处理。三、教学步骤Step I Pre-reading1.
